On 12May2022, I hired ************* Lucky Moving Company for a move.During the move they damaged a number of items as well as fixtures in my home.They gave me their insurance information with policy number attached.Also attached is the receipt for payment to ************* Lucky Moving Company.The damages all occurred during the move.They all occurred during the unloading of the items into the destination.******* 34 cu. ft. 4-Door ********************* Refrigerator with Sparkling Water Dispenser in Stainless Steel Model: **************Four doors scratched and dentedFrame bentBack panel broken and also bentDisassembled and left in disassembled state.Kitchen cupboards:Long scratch along pantry frame from sliding fridge along the kitchen floor.Various scratches and dents along cabinets opposite to the pantry from same.4 Coaster Dining Table Chairs model # ******:Black marks from handling during move.No padding or plastic wrap used by movers.************* Dining table top in Walnut:Corners dented and chipped by movers who dragged the table on the floor instead of lifting it.*************************************** Six Drawer Dresser model # *********:One leg broken.I filed a claim with their insurance provider, *** Companies, on 13May2022.Loss issued under claim ******, assigned adjuster is **********************************************************The insurance company has since then been trying to contact Lucky ************* Moving but Lucky ************* Moving has been intentionally not responding to the insurance provider. I believe that Lucky ************* Moving is doing this internationally so that the insurance company will deny my claim as per their policy on the event that a policy holder cannot be reached.Please contact me at ********** or by email.I would like this resolved and the damages compensated for ASAP.Thank you,*************Business response

We are "Lucky Moving Inc". ********************* He has mistaken us with another moving company *************** which is "Lucky Moving" without Inc.
