      I purchased software, with instant download. I was supposed to be able to install and run it. They did not send me a serial for the download.. on the receipt AFTER the purchase, they state they will send the serial two business days. It is friday night, that means I will not get any serial number until Wednesday of next week. They state to download and run the trial version until then. ONLY the trial version will not run on my computer, it states I have to HAVE the serial in order to run the program. They are scammers. I tried to call them before they closed, the phone went straight to voicemail, they said to leave message and they will call back, BUT the phone hangs up before you can leave a voice mail. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! I WANT MY MONEY.

      I purchased a Direct To Film printer from DTGPRO which is affiliated to Oasis Imaging LLC which all funds transfer through when purchasing. It has given me nothing but issues and the company does not answer in a timely fashion, these printers are time sensitive and need repaired quickly as not to ruin anymore parts, they do not try to fix things quickly. They do not care about their customers and they always tell you that their tech support is in onboarding calls for their new customers. They dont care about you after you give them their funds. I have paid near 7k in parts and materials and they do not care. I have had to refund customers as my printer will not work and it has wrecked my business Do NOT buy anything from them. At this point Id be happy with a replacement as I feel this is an absolute lemon but ultimately I would have loved to go back in time and NEVER BUY IT

      I purchased a DTF printer from them in January of 2023. Ive had issues with the printer since purchasing. *** emailed and spoke to **** plenty of times as well as called and spoke to as many people as I could including supervisors. The printer worked for a solid month before having issues. *** replaced as many parts as they have told me too and Im still having issues. Their customer service ***** as well ! I spent $5000 on a machine thats a paper weight!!

      We purchased a DTF printer package that include a printer, an print oven, a heat press, bottles of ink, rolls of film and a few accessories which cost us around $8000. When we received the printer the back plate was broken. We informed them of this and their response was "Its fine it wont affect anything." It affects the way that the printer film roller is attached to the printer and causes the film to slide in at a diagonal angle. After this we went through onboarding and we were trained on general upkeep of the machines that included how to clean all of the parts. The technicians incorrectly informed us on cleaning techniques that actually damage the machine. This includes a cleaning technique called waterfalling, which is manually pushing cleaning fluid through the printhead with a syringe. The white ink that is sold through this company in too viscus and causes numerous clogs. After a few months we had to reach out for technical assistance due to all of the printer issues. After waiting weeks and sending numerous emails we got an email back from the technician **** that gave us the improper instructions on how to fix our issue. This resulted in bowing the motherboard and printhead. This issue happened 3 times, and each time we had to spend between $500 and &800 to replace the parts that their techniques and ****** viscus ink caused. Each time we have an issue we are forced to deal with the company through email. To get a reply in can take 3-7 days, during this time our business is crippled. We call the support number and the only thing we can get is a promise of an email back in a few hours. Its never a few hours. We have spent over ***** between the printer package and parts. We need a resolution because this company's customer service and technical support is abysmal.

      I PURCHASED A DTF PRINTER FROM THIS COMPANY ON 9/12/2023. IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I EMAILED THE SELLER AND WAS APPROVED TO RETURN THE PRINTER, INSURED, BY ****** THAT WAS ON NOVEMBER 17, 2023. THEY OFFERED A 180 DAY WARRANTY ON THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, BUT HAVE NOT CREDITED MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AS OF FEBRUARY 14,2024. EVEN THOUGH I FILED A DISPUTE AGAINST THEM ON OCTOBER 26, 2023. THEY ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEB, A 180 DAY WARRANTY, AND I NEVER GOT TO ENJOY THE PRINTER. I TOOK THE MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIRED. I PAID $4,397 FOR THIS PRINTER AND I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR THIS PRINTER, EVEN AFTER I RETURNED THE **** INSURED AT MY EXPENSE. I PAID WITH MY PAYPAL CREDIT AND I AM SUPPOSED TO START PAYMENTS IN MARCH, FOR THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, I RETURNED THREE MONTHS AGO. I DESERVE AN APOLOGY, AND I DESERVE TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT CREDITED. THIS WAS THE WORST INVESTMENT OF MY TIME AND MONEY IN MY LIFE, BAR NONE. WE ARE STILL IN DISPUTE, BUT I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO DOCUMENT THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. AS A CONSUMER, I FEEL HELPLESS, BECAUSE I PAID MONEY IN GOOD FAITH, YET RIGHT NOW I AM SUFFERING A LOSS OF OVER $4000. OTHER BUYERS SHOULD BEWARE. IF YOU COULD POSSIBLY FACILITATE A RESOLUTION, THAT WOULD BE NO SMALL MIRACLE. I APPRECIATE YOU READING THROUGH THIS MATERIAL. DISPUTE NUMBER- ********/ PAYPAL CREDIT.       I ordered a DTF curing oven from them on October 24, 2023. It was delivered on October 30, 2023. I was able to set it up and use it on November 1, 2023 . I adjusted the time and temp to what was shown on the instructions. Printed out some images and it was only curing them on the outside of the prints. The middle of them where completely uncured. I tried turning up the temp and it still wont cure the prints down the middle. I contacted the same day but they where already closed so I left a message on the answering machine. I called again on November 2, 2023 and was finally able to speak with someone after calling the different numbers provided on the website.. I told them I just wanted to return the oven and get a refund because they said there was something wrong with the oven. He told me that someone would be reaching out via email and what I would need to do next. I got an email on November 3, 2023. They asked me to watch the video they sent and reset the oven. I did so and it still isnt working. I sent an email back the same day letting them know that the oven is still not working. I also told her that the video she sent of the machine was a little different than from the one I have. I said in the email once again that I just want a refund to be able to buy another oven and asked what the next steps where I needed to take. I didnt get anything all weekend because I think they where closed. I called again this morning several times and and they I got hung on once. They transferred me to to a different department...well said it was a different department and it was the answering machine. I called several more times before I got a hold of someone again. Told them I wanted a refund and wanted to send the defective machine back. He told me that his manager would be reaching out to me in a couple of hours to resolve the issue. I asked for his name which was ***. He said someone for sure in a couple of hours just to give him a couple of hours and someone would call us back. I never got a call or email back. Tried calling them again and they are closed. I would just like to return the item and get a refund.

      We would like to point out that we received the item back in our WH and once the customer expressed their wishes of receiving a refund instead of a replacement or repairs on the original unit, the order was refunded.
