I ordered 3 grounding sheets for Christmas presents and was charged ****** And then they charged additional charge for a additional grounding sheet I did not order, and I have contacted them several times and they are not responding to my request to cancel the ****** charge, very ****** off !!!! and disappointed for a first time order, now I have to disput order through my card service not Happy!!Grounding well Response

They offer a fraudulent 90 day guarantee. When you ask to return tthey ask you to cover costs, or they give you 60% back. Great way to make money off something that doesn't work.Grounding well Response

I ordered the sheet and immediately had an issue after washing as recommended. I emailed the company to let them know there was an issue and included pictures. I received a response from ******* telling me that was normal and to use the others attachments. I proceeded to try the sheet for a few weeks and decided I could tell no difference. I then decided to start a return for a refund. I emailed the company once again to which ******* responded back that I needed to send pictures. I did but I also questioned her as to the reason why pictures were necessary to process a refund because their refund policy does not state pictures need to be supplied before being granting a refund. It simply states for any reason within 90 days, to be in good condition, and with the original packaging. It felt like the refund was being made to be more difficult and time consuming to possibly get me frustrated and stop the process so they wouldnt have to issue the refund. I shipped it back and waited. Over a month later, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again to inquire. ******* responded back stating that I needed to provide the receipt number in order to process the refund. I responded back with screenshot photos of 1) the refund policy on their website showing nowhere does it state that I need to provide anything more for the refund to occur, 2) the *** stating that refund would process within 1 day of receiving the product, and 3) the tracking number showing my product was received 4 weeks earlier on September 3. I have received my refund today October ******, finally. But I warn others to be wary of doing business with this company because I feel their product isnt a quality product that they stand behind, and their business practices are dishonest to say the least. Thankfully I did my research on their policy and chose to hold onto the shipping receipt just in case. Im glad I did because I know that is the only reason I received a refund.Grounding well Response

Catherine Harrison and I received my grounding mat last month and it does work. I have called customer service number and refers me to email. It says you will respond within 24 hours and I have emailed you three times and no response. I have even given you my phone number and no response. I was requesting another mat but maybe you need to credit my account . The mat was $69 and I have tried it in all my outlets and it’s not working.I need to talk to a personGrounding well Response

I ordered 2 products, the mat and the "sheet" which is actually a long strip of fabric. Purported to handle inflammation and help with sleep.Neither has done any.Customer service has not responded to ANY of my requests for where to return the items.Not happy about that.Grounding well Response

I have emailed them for my order # as well as these other customers. They don’t send you a print out of your receipt with your order # in with your order.I had to call my credit card company to see what they can do because this company doesn’t have a number to call , & they don’t answer emails in a timely manner,when they do they don’t send you what you ask for, to continue with your return/refund they make really hard for the customers to return something that doesn’t do what they claim .company.Grounding Well please reach out to me and send me my order #. I have had the sheet for approximately 2 weeks. At first I did not notice any improvement, but after a bit over a week, I realize I'm sleeping better and have less pain in my back. I am still working through my bulged disc therapy, but am happy this grounded well sheet has provided good night sleep; aiding in my healing. - *********************** ********Grounding well Response

I bought a bed sheet and saw absolutely no improvements in my sleep and other symptoms they claim their product does to help. I have emailed them 3 times requesting my order number ( which ironically is not in any of the order confirmation details they sent me) which is what they require in order for them to initiate a return, and there has been no reply. I have tried calling them and there is no answer. Leads me to believe that they very intentionally make it impossible to return their products.Grounding well Response

No Stars from me. I thought I was ordering a queen *** sheet and what I got was a strip of fabric that never stays put on the ***. I communicated with support@groundingwell right away and said I wanted a full refund (ninety days no questions asked). I was directed by ******* to send the packaging and sheet back for the refund but she had me send it to the shipping store. The man who finally answered at the shipping store said he knows nothing about GroundingWell customer service and he doesn't know of any contact information for them. So my return went back to the shipping store and now is in limbo, who knows where. I paid $99 and would like the full refund. I was told by PayPal that a refund would be coming....nothing has materialized.Grounding well Response
