They don't deserve any stars. I haven't received anything from them and they keep giving me the run around on my bracelets or giving me my money back. They only answer a email one time a day and do not answer the phone. They are a scamReview from Constance P

I ordered a Granddaughter bracelet for my granddaughter, took over a month to get it and when I got it it may have fit a 4-8 yr old wrist my GD is 14.....My 1st email to them I asked for refund because of sizing and they told me size was stated when ordered.....I went back and looked at my order NO where does it say a size, I thought by looking at it it would be adjustable and it is not only to like a little girls maybe age 4-8.....So with that being said that is fine, but YOU WILL GET A NEGATIVE REVIEW from me on your website....And I copied their 30 day Money back and replied back have not heard anything Inline imageReview from Stephanie M

Absolute junk. Nothing I received looked like the pictures advertised. Quality was worse than poor. 2 stones in a 4 stone ring were completely covered by metal. No customer service. No money back. No communication. Total scam.Review from Judy L

AWFUL!!! I ordered a dainty, delicate ring with the date of my dads recent passing. I was sent a chunky gold bar that looks like costume jewelry. When I showed them the photos their response was it looks nice on my finger and they said they changed up their sizing of dates so they can be read easier. They continue to tell me its what I ordered. FALSE! It is not their place to tell me what looks good on my finger and you should let customers know when you change things up. This company does not deliver what the say, I ordered in the beginning of December for a Birthday gift and paid for express shipping, now over a month and still havent received it, sent numerous emails and have not received and response from them at all, I will never order from them ever again and will tell people to not order from them , they should be ashamed of themselvesReview from CHANNY F

I think 37 bracelets Company is bogus and I think it is complete ********. I ordered 2 bracelets for my daughters on 12/17/23 for a Christmas gift and never received it. They were sure fast enough to take my money though. Contacted them again on 12/28/23 and never heard back. I have a tracking number they sent but when I check it, it comes up as no info found for this number. Still no response as of 1/04/24.....so beyond irritated. My ring arrived with the fifth flower engraved in the stems of the other four flowers. My complaint is being viewed as unreasonable. No refund. This company is far from professional and I recommend others to avoid their business.Review from Connie D

I ordered a custom-made ring in **** silver and a gift card to go with it. When I finally received the package they sent me a gold field ring , a silver polishing cloth and no gift card the order was all wrong trying to get a hold of someone by email will not return emails trying to trying to get a hold of someone by email . There is no phone number I found I can call I want what I ordered or my money back. I had to post the Stars so I could post this
