I placed an order for a 64GB Version Retro-Go Handheld (******+ Games Pre-installed) for $179.99 on May 24, 2021 through their website. Received a confirmation for order #GI4551 on the same day. I emailed them on June 17 asking for shipping status since it had been over 15 days since the order was placed. Was told the following: "Hi ****,Thank you for getting in touch with us about your order and apologies for the delay. We can actually see that it has been handled by *** as of May 28th and was dispatched on May 29th.The parcel is already on its way to your address.Please dont worry, all is well.Due to the high demand on these items, we have been fulfilling them directly from our manufacturer overseas. Which is why we inform of the **** business days delivery time on the product page. Today is still the 14th business day of the delivery. Can you please wait for 1 more day?Heres your tracking #:************************** You can check for updates below using *** Tracking:https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/Again we sincerely apologize for the long wait and we thank you for your patience.Best regards,***** Game Intensity I emailed back on 7/1 since I had not received anything - no response. Followed up on 7/6 and was given another tracking number of **************************. Tracking then expired. Followed up with emails on 7/28, 8/3, 8/11, 8/24, 9/14, and 9/27 - all no response. I called the number on the website and no one answered. No refund given either. What can I do at this point? Please help!Customer response
