      SHOCKED to open my mail today (April 9, 2024) to find a bill for $832.10 for a Covid test back on June 10, 2022. This is odd since I was told the Covid test was free and I even have a screenshot of a digitally signed receipt test showing the fee of $0.00. Called the only number provided on the bill and the automated system stated the delay was due to the sheer volume of billings and issues with insurance. I was unable to get ahold of a live agent. It appears to be a scam or the new company attempting to generate money, even though the Covid tests were advertised to be free. I have insurance and it doesn’t appear an attempt was made to charge my insurance.

      This ckmpany is a scam that sends you a bill with a random amount, for a random date and hopes you are too lazy to question it. Received a bill for March 2024 I wasn’t even in the country for the last 6 months. Don’t send them money

      Me and my wife both did a Covid free testing way back on May 2022 at Covid Clinic and got a invoice is $0.00 cost. Almost a year and half later, i got a bill for total for $930? Don't know whats going?

      I did a Covid test in February 2022 at a Covid Clinic site in **** that advertised free testing. Today (August 2023) I received a bill for $600 from that test. The bill is from *********** in **********, which seems to be tied to Covid Clinic Inc. This seems very unethical.

      This company claims they offer free covid tests regardless of insurance status, but almost a year later I received a bill for an exorbitant amount with no explanation.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. I needed a test for a trip that was within 48 hours of flying. I paid premium to have the results back within 36 hours. They lost my test, and after several frantic 4 am calls by me, they took an additional 12 hours to find it and get me the results - which I received after reaching my destination. By that time, I had already paid a super large premium to get a test at the airport in order to board the plane for my international flight.Covid Clinic refunded my test money but made no other efforts to fix the problem (like sending someone to my home, as other testing companies do) and refused to reimburse the cost of the emergency testing at the airport that they caused the need for.Sleepless night, lousy service, massive anxiety due to their failure. Use someone else.

      The management in ********* ** is shady. Managers always coming in and out of roles, its favoritism versus operational needs and if they dont like you, youre out! They recently laid off employees and kept new hires versus people who have been there for 6 months or more without issues. Per the *** and president of the company seniority doesnt matter no just job performance he said it just means they remainder employed long enough to keep their position when asked how the pay off decisions were made he could provide no insight but assured us that hiring was froze as of 3/11 but today on indeed 3/15 they are hiring in the same region they laid people off in. Management typically has flings with employees and never provides PPE or materials necessary to do the job and tan out of testing supplies completely at one point. They are always promoting and paying other employees salary when they do absolutely nothing as leads and get rewarded for it. Has been multiple complaints of staff in ********* smoking illegal substances on school property as well as employee conflicts in which required police resolution and they are still employed. The Covid clinic in ******* ** lost their contract with the schools and DHS over sexual harassment allegations and not preforming their duties. None of the sites in ********* ** are in compliance if OSHA were to do a walk through we were promised licenses and paperwork/binders and still havent received them. This company is absolutely awful. They pay decent but if you are looking for a stable job or one with security and job advancement this is NOT the place to be employed with. All recruiting takes place through ****** and is done from their branches in CA, almost all of the information learned in training does not apply to their sites in other states as it is CA lead. STAY FAR AWAY!

      Covid clinic was convenient and that is where is stops:Covid clinic has misleading practices and is too slow to respond to be useful. Jan 13 I "paid for" and received a rapid test and a lab test. (rapid was negative)Jan 17 I received email from Covidclinic stating the lab test was indeterminate and that I was eligible refund or retest voucher or refund.Since I was still sick I emailed and followed instructions Jan 20th asking to retest. This bounced around with several responses coming back to me that they will look into the voucher.I eventually purchased other tests that were all positive and was sick for several weeks. Now 4 Weeks and several positive tests later, they emailed back saying I am NOT eligible for the retest. A clear change in direct from the emailed results. Not only is it a month later and useless due to the delayed response, it demonstrates misleading practices. Here was their email that they are not honoring:"We regret to inform you that your test [xx] unfortunately produced an indeterminate result.While rare, these things do happen. To be retested, please book a new appointment with a new order number at any testing site of your choice. If you have a paid test, and would like to receive a voucher for a retest, or would prefer a refund, please contact our **************** team at **************************, or by calling ." (removed number due to BBB policy)

      I went to get a PCR Covid test for travel on December 26th. While at the testing site I was informed that I needed the rapid-PCR test to receive the results in time for travel. I had chosen the prior given the requirements of the country I was traveling to. I then paid $299 on-site for the rapid test and the testing nurse informed me she would refund me that day for the first test I paid $150 for. I then never received the refund for the first test. After a week of not receiving any confirmation, I emailed the Covid Clinic to get assistance with getting a refund. Then for about a month, I continued sending the same email getting responses from a different person every time saying the same thing, "we are very busy and we are going to send this to our supervisor". Finally, after over a month on February 1st, I received confirmation that they were going to refund me. After a week, on February 7th I still have not received the refund so here is hoping they actually did it. I understand COVID testing is busy but this is no excuse for beyond abysmal customer service. Especially when these companies are making hundreds of millions to billions a year.

      I wish I could leave a -zero. These are scammers playing with peoples lives during a pandemic.They promised 2day turn-around time to receive results. It took nearly 2 weeks and multiple tries only to be told the 3rd party lab used for testing was unable to use my specimen. No reason was given and the name of the 3rd party lab was not provided. They have mishandled or lost many samples, accepted payment, not provided full refunds for many customers and handling PII (driver's license, health care and payment info) of those of register for the site. I would obtain Identity theft protection if you have used this company and report them!!!

Covid Clinic was no exception for the tidal wave of testing needs.
