DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used this company for 5 months and when I called to pay my next monthly payment the agent offered me a cheaper policy which would result in me paying 120 less than my current policy. I agreed and signed up for the new policy with a $630 down payment . I was emailed a receipt and copy of new poiicy. When I called in to pay the reduced payment when my bill was due they told me I owed $500 which was $170 over the $330 I signed up for and $60 over the $440 I was paying on my policy before I got offered the new policy, When I called Freeway to address the issues I got the runaround which consisted of call this number, please hold, were waiting on a response from a manager, which ended in me not getting my money back. Ill be happy to remove this post if Freeway makes this right . I signed up with **************** office . My name is ****** ***** not the rapperFreeway Insurance Response

They take your down payment knowing full well the sub contracted insurance co will cancel you 2 weeks later & then they keep the down payment. Never once did the Freeway *** tell me if canceled I would get next to nothing. She stated well, we have to make our money too. SCAMMING SCHEME!! DONT USE FREEWAY!!Freeway Insurance Response

This is not the agency's decision and we are sorry to inform you were covered from 9/09/2024 to 9/23/2024. I'm not happy at all with them. I just found out they charge 2 different fees of $8, then they charge $4 fee if I'm a day late. I only knew of the $8 credit card charge that's it. They have a grace ************** doesn't make no sense if they charge a day late smh. Hope I don't find out they have any other fees. And I haven't gotten a reminder and had to call about it. If I didn't, they probably wanted me to forget so they could get me to pay that late charge. Then, they keep harassing me with surveys. I should've stayed with my old insurance if I would've known all this. Looks like I'll be looking for another insurance soon.Freeway Insurance Response
