About a year ago I purchase a Summerboard I purchased the extra package so it was about $2500 but when they sent it to me I didnt receive the extra items I purchased totaling about $1000 worth of extra items they did however, leave me a note saying were sorry that we couldnt fulfill your order, but we will send it out as soon as we can in the next week with a :-) sign summer board, and like the owner of the company, a hand written note I thought that was odd why did you charge me for something that I didnt get and you knew I wasnt going to get super sketchy then the board started falling apart. I lost an entire wheel the rotation stopped rotating I emailed them and contacted them for through ******** they never Gave me any option for repair or nothing and I asked for a refund and asked for my items at the very least because they wouldnt give me a refund and they still wouldnt do that. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. Ive been sitting on this board for over a year now and I havent even gotten to use it successfully not to mention the remote never works. It always died the buttons on the bottom I couldnt even press they were too hard to turn on the skateboard and the remote on at the same time. Ridiculous customer service just out-of-control. Nothing will charge it was a mess. It is a mess. I still have the board. Cant do anything with it and the remote for it is completely dead. It wont even turn on anymore, even while plugged in. *****,So I have been having a very hard time with the Summerboard business and their product. I purchased a board from them almost a year ago now, November 2021, and it has had issues since day one. First the package I purchased was supposed to come with an extra battery and foot supports which they said was under a delay but I have still not recevied either of these items to this day. Also the board's battery malfunctioned almost immediately and has continued to do so. When this first occured they were super polite and speedy in their responses and got me evrything to return the battery to them. They then shipped the battery back with the same issues--it will not stay on. Again they were pretty fast in their customer serivce response and I shipped the battery back for the second time. They shipped the same battery back claiming it was a different one, but it had the same scuff marks as the one I sent back so that is hard to beleive, and agian the battery for the board does not work. So now I am stuck with a $2000+ piece of equipment that has been collecting dust for a year, and they are no longer responding to my service reqests. The product is under a 2 year warranty but they have not reponsed to me about fixing my battery since June 23rd now, and they have never said if they are ever going to send me the extra battery or foot supports I paid for even though I ask in every commnication with them. I own and have experience with numerous high power electronic vehicles and devices and have never had any issues with such an expensive piece of equipment. It is frustrating too as I love to ride the board as it is one of the funniest things I have done in a while but the product fails to stay for more than just seconds and has been like that since it has arrrived.Customer response

Aloha,I am not sure how to respond to this but I did hear from the company. They sent me one product they owed me but not the spare battery which is the main thing I paid extra for. They did also take the faulty battery back to repair it again so we will see how that goes and if they ever send me the spare I ordered a year ago. I mailed in an electric skateboard battery to get repaired. Communicating over email has been decent. But I sent the battery in 02/24/2022. It is now 05/20/2022. It should not take 3 months to ship a battery back to me.
