The business holds a deposit for use of personal insurance that is kept for 30 days after return of the vehicle. The date of purchase was 1/8 and vehicle was returned 1/25 at 10 am. The deposit was actually promised back 1/26 - so they charged me for an additional day that I did not have the car. I was interested in being a returning customer so I accepted the charge. On 2/26 - 1 month and 1 day (1 day past due) after I returned the vehicle I called to inquire about the status of refund. ***** called me a little *****, a dog and made physical threats and said he would get to it when he got to it. I want to ensure he processes refund of my deposit as he seemed unwilling to do so and I held up my end of the service contract. Please assist me in ensuring this is done.
