      Ive been driving for two years on spark no is***s until I wasnt able to access my email I signed up with I have been locked out of my account since Jan 23 of 2024 I have sent over 30 emails since and nobody can help me I was told trust and safety has to correct my is*** nothing always a crazy turn around time but nobody ever reach out and they will close out your ticket with out even helping the is*** till the point its months go by now your account is inactive and you can never sign up again and your account day its still active though I hate this average 1k a week and now I dont have a job due to there bs app and the people behind this app so called engineers I think I wanna *** them for lost wages and negligence of my personal information

      I have been driving with Spark since December 2022. So Im not sure what is going on here but I can tell you it seems shady. I went onto my Spark driver app and noticed these guys removed the notification that was sent to me stating my account was deactivated due to an error with my drivers license well Im going to make it clear Ive screenshotted all of it so it doesnt matter rather they delete the notifications that was sent to my app or not thats a red flag to me and its very concerning that these guys removed the notification that was sent to me on the app it was sent to me in a text message as well its all screenshotted. I was wrongfully deactivated there is no error with my drivers license a tier 2 manager told me yesterday that my account was deactivated due to my drivers license being expired and thats not true at all my drivers license doesnt expire until April 09, 2025. I have asked for my account to be reactivated due to be deactivated for their biometric systems mistakes. I have filed a deactivation appeal already this is the third day waiting to hear back from them Ive also requested a pre-arbitration, phone conference along with a claim with ******* epic committee as well. I will fight until my account is reactivated. I will go through the whole arbitration and past that if necessary until my account is reactivated. I did nothing wrong the biometric identity system this platform is using has way to many glitches and Ive been calling in since Monday telling them every 25 minutes I kept getting kicked of the app and being requested to do the identity verification this is their systems fault not mine I will fight it until Im reactivated

      Customer support for both ******************** and the Spark platform is a joke. They transfer you to numerous different agents, are rude, completely unprofessional and unhelpful and pass the buck consecutively. Ive been a good driver and employee for a long time and now my account is deactivated because they dont EVER do what they say they will. My insurance card has been uploaded almost a month but I was still deactivated. It shows me where I updated and its all correct. Absolutely NO ONE will help me, return my emails, or resolve my issues. I am considering arbitration since no employee should be ignored by their employees and this is BAD business.

      Wanted to share my experience as a former Spark Driver. I was told it would take **** days to get a response in regards to my Spark account being deactivated, I am now on week 3. This is terrible that a company can just cut someone's income off with no warning and no regards to letting them know why! I have entered an appeal but had no idea what I was appealing. I have read so much negative things about deactivation and they almost all are horrible experiences! I am just beside myself that my account was deactivated and upset because I have no idea why! I have been driving for Spark for almost 2 years have done over a thousand deliveries. My metrics have always been above and beyond ******* Standards! I truly enjoyed driving for Spark! I do other gig work never had any problems and I'm always an upstanding citizen! I am going to take this as far as I can to get my account reactivated! The store I drive for says they have know idea why and that I was one of their best drivers! If somone could please get back to me with some answers that would be great! Someone needs to step up and figure out how to protect gig workers from being treated so unfair!

      DDI *** Horrible. They hire a team of telemarketers which are all international and you legit can never get anything accomplished when pointing out anything to them because they simply don't have the teamwork necessary to run a business the size and are unable to collaborate with one another properly in order to accomplish any goals needed. they implemented the area of ****** to start anything the biometrics facial biometrics and as soon as they implement to that and people were not allowed to get on their app without accomplishing the set up well little did we all know in the state of ****** that they're App would crash therefore leading people without being able to upload their IDs or take a picture of themselves therefore ending with their deactivation of an account. All the people you get a hold of tell you to do the same thing which is download the app again sign out sign back in and try it again and of course it never works because you're labeled as a deactivated account so while they never fix the app issue with multiple emails reaching out to them to please fix their app in the state of ****** I'm going on now I'm lots of no work from this company through SPARK which is ******* app third-party app and unfortunately once again they have not fixed the issue technically so my warning to you is when they come to your state to implement the biometric sign in just delete your account deactivate your account delete the app because you won't be able to do it it won't work.

      I won't be using *** express service for ******* delivery because *** spark drivers shop for it. E***r A no one takes *** order and never gets shopped or B someone shops for it and steals *** who thing leaving *** consumer high and dry except to cancel and reorder. Mean while *** consumer spent *** last of ***ir money and waiting for *** bank to release it. Spark express drivers can not be trusted. **************** is a scripted joke that blows so much smoke it comes through *** phone. It just took one spark driver to be an idiot.

      I worked for spark done **** trip they deactivated my account for no reason at all I did appeal they never answered then I ask for telephone arbitration and got hung up on I here alot of people getting deactivated for no fault of there own I ask just for answers they won't give me any all I want is reactivated

      I ordered 2 times from ******* and I guess they use Delivery Drivers Inc. as their 3rd party. I don't mind if you speak a different language. What I do mind is that you speak English as well? I had to ask strangers to see if they spoke Spanish to translate to the drivers on where to drop off my items. Also, I gave specifics of what I was wearing, the location I will be at in front of the business, and the address. They went somewhere around the corner and the address is the not the same. I can see it happening to me once but twice in less than a week. That is poor customer service.

      Driver Support (Spark) and Driver Applicant Support (DDI) are completely split, even though ******* has bought out DDI. So, if you have issues logging in to the DDI website (which is where drivers change/access their drivers license, insurance information, tax documents, etc.), you must call Driver Applicant Support, which has a different number than Driver Support. Good luck getting ahold of tech support in a timely manner! They dont even have an internal phone number their employees can call for the DDI website tech support, so youre left guessing when you can access important personal information. The lack of integration into the app (e.g. being able to access these kinds of documents right in the app like Uber and Lyft) creates a plethora of issues. I am truly appalled at how this business is operated solely based on these issues.
