*************** did a procedure on the wrong side of my neck. It took me about 6 months of fighting them to get my medical records. Now I cant seem to get them to call me back to discuss how I file a claim so their insurance will pay for the ongoing problems Im still having with my neck since Im losing my health insurance come December.Initial Complaint

Last Friday I was in *******. I had to book a last minute Covid test for a flight home on Saturday morning.I saw Alliance Healths ad online and called them to book an appointment. I was given an appointment 30 minutes away and I had 30 minutes to get there. I was charged $65 USD for booking the appointment and wasnt told it was non refundable.Upon arriving, the office and parking lot were chaotic. There was a long line of angry people waiting for their test as well. I was told the wait would be approximately 2 hours. This was not acceptable to me and I immediately contacted Alliance via phone and email for a refund. They refused and said that I can use the test in the future. I likely wont go back to ******* for many years, do this is unacceptable.
