I reached out to ***************** at IWILLSAVEYOURHOME to save my home from foreclosure. I gave him $500 as requested as a biweekly payment for services. He provided me with legal advise on saving my home and told me if I couldnt get modified he would file a million dollar lawsuit. I researched him and found he had been sued in multiple states for providing legal advise which he cannot do. I then let him know that i did not want to go further with his services. He texted me back that if I didnt speak to him on the phone he wouldnt return my money. I asked multiple times since I wasnt using his services and he said sorry that isnt how it works. I called the attorney generals office in CA on him also.

This client signed an agreement to hire us to do a job.  Yes, she did pay $ 500 and nothing more as we assigned an underwriter to her and moved forward with our normal process.   She then decided that although we are A+ rated w the BBB that we were unsuitable for helping her and that is fine as she can cancel as we have no longer term contracts.  Her wanting any refund is not in any of our contacts and us not being accredited has nothing to do with our ability to help this client.   She is angry about not being accredited or having complaints against us.   Well *********************, Amazon has over 15k complaints but you still buy from them don't you.   If you buy a health insurance policy and decide weeks later that u want to cancel your policy, you dont get a refund either.   We follow the same rules and have many many happy clients who we have helped in foreclosure but we're sorry this is our company policy.   Nowhere in our agreements is there a refund policy...but yes, you can cancel anytime.  We do wish you good luck.

***************** just stayed in his response that there was no return policy listed for his business. He sent me multiple text messsges stating that until he dpoke with him vis phone no refund would be given x i dont have to explain my cancellation over the phone. He then told me via text that if I could provide him with references from the company i chose to go with he would refund my money. I fid and he told me those werent references. Then continued to tell me if I wanted to pay another $500 his friend ********* would still help me. He calls her an underwriter but in done of the papers emailed to me was that her title. And ***************** continued to give me legal advice over the phone which without a license he cannot do. He states the process was started ydt the only thing I received was an email of papers to fill out nothing else. This is not $500 worth of work not fod he say thays what the $500 was for. It was what I had to pay to get started on biweekly payments for hos services. I had 30 days to do the paperwork but after researching his lawsuits i changed my mind on using his services. He told me it was absurd not to use his company because it was A+ rated with the BBB but it is not a accredited company and he lied. When I told him he wasnt accredited he daid the BBB doesnt mean s*** I told him no service was provided and since I did what he asked by sending references he needed to give my refund and he told me to take him to court because I wasnt getting my money back. Then again said if I wanted his friend who he calls an underwriter to help they would be glad to help save my home. I was charged for nothing snd simply want my money back. I did not use his service at all.

I have nothing else to say regarding this frivolous complaint.   She signed our legal agreement and hired us to save her home.  She is more than welcome to file a lawsuit and take this to court.  We will then countersue and server her employer with our lawsuit.  We live in America based on the legal system.   Send us your lawsuit and let's let the courts decide who is at fault.   Thank you.
