A+ has terrible service and does not communicate at all. First call came out and said fridge diagnosed with no problems, however the loud sound from freezer persisted. Second call, 3 weeks later a tech said there was a leak and needed to order parts. Two weeks after that call I get a text notification that tech would come the next day from 10-2 for repair. I work and had my mom come for the tech. Dude never showed. When I called they claimed they were sorry but they didn't specify the right day. If you can avoid this company you should. I've been without ice for a month and I live in *********. Frigidaire is wrong for using this low quality company.

ZERO STARS! A+ was sent by Thermador to repair my oven/range. They replaced parts they determined were cause of nonworking self-clean function in both ovens. The interior light in one oven didn't work either. The tech brought the entire light unit with him and proceeded to tell me that he didn't want to replace it because he didn't want to scratch the enamel inside the oven. I asked him if he tried and he said he couldn't get the unit out. He insisted he couldn't do the job and said I could live without the interior light on my unit. He said he wouldn't do it and left the light. I went to self-clean my oven the next day and it did not work. Neither oven worked. It turned on, went through the process as if it was doing self-clean, but did not self-clean either side. I contacted Thermador advising not working. They advised me to reach out to A+ to return and fix the issue under the authorization provided, and also advised that there is a warranty on the parts and labor done by A+.I reached out to A+ today asking if they could come back to take a look at the oven because it was still not working. They advised they would not come back to check or work on the oven without a new authorization. I advised that ********* said the authorization was still active and they should return to inspect and repair; plus the warranty on the labor and parts. I was told no, that I needed a new authorization. They refused to honor the authorization from Thermador and the parts and labor warranty. He flat out refused to send someone to take a look at the work THEY did. ********* was advised scheduled a new company due to their unprofessionalism. ********* said they did NOT need new authorization for work already started and completed work under original one. A new authorization is a way to get paid again per *********. Thermador is also going to investigate them as one of their service companies. SUCH SCAMMER AND RUDE PEOPLE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! STAY AWAY

Incredibly unprofessional company who regularly blows off appointments. After buy a GE dishwasher that started leaking, I was assigned this company. They reschedule my appointment 3 times. The third time they called me they said they were going to cancel the appointment because 2pm is too late for a tech to get to my house. The "customer service" associate Alex, asked me if I could leave work early so his technician can't "drive around for 2 hours waiting for me". I was told the manager was named "Michael" but they would not let me speak with him or even give me his last name/phone number. This company waited 8 days to tell me 2pm is too late for their technician. Not to mention I live in Las Vegas and this company is based out of California. Shady practices and unprofessional. Stay away!!!!
