Unbelievably bad experience. They're so responsive and sweet until they're not. I arrived at the shoot 20 minutes late because of inclement weather, which I notified them of beforehand and they said it was fine. Photographer was wrapping out another client when I arrived. After the wait, I was called over for makeup, showed the makeup artist/photographer a reference photo which she said she could replicate. Finished product looked nothing alike and I asked her to tweak a few elements, she obliged. The edits didn't improve anything as the makeup was messy and bad for my skintone but by this time, she informed me that we wouldn't have time to shoot all 3 outfits (which the package includes) and recommended that I reschedule. I elected to call on my own to get a better understanding of cancellation fees but they didn't answer. She then called her boss and relayed the situation in a way that overwhelmingly favored her and then said admin would email me with new appointment dates and said I could bring my own makeup for the next appt since her pallette was limited. I thanked her for her time, we ended on a cordial note, I left. 3 days later after radio silence from "admin", they finally respond only to accuse me of PUSHING the photographer and throwing her makeup on the ground (but are still refunding me despite this alleged behavior). It reads like a fanfiction and I believe they concocted this over the days they weren't replying to my texts or calls. I doubt they'd be giving my money back if I had really committed a misdemeanor against one of their employees. I asked them to furnish any evidence of the event and they've been quiet, I've been blocked and hung up on, with a lifetime ban from their services...they never asked for my side. Crushed my confidence, ruined my Valentine's **** and accused me of a crime in one fell swoop instead of simply helping me reschedule.Initial Complaint

Upon purchasing a Groupon for a photoshoot I was told that I would have to leave a 200$ deposit because during my previous shoot I didnt make a purchase of photos. The employee who referred to herself as ******** let me know that its pointless and a waste of their money to take pictures without making a purchase. Although, in the Groupon nor email nothing ever stated that it was mandatory to make a photoshoot purchase. I constantly asked for supervisor information and the employee let me know that I was a ***** who was just trying to get my way. I let her know I was a African American female and could not be a ***** in which she said I was pulling the ** race card. As I continue to asks for her managers information she lets me know that I am now banned from their company. The entire experience is disappointing especially because I am now much more successful and planned on purchasing my photos this go around. Consumers shouldnt be treated this way.Initial Complaint

This Mercent is sexist they refused me photography services that I paid them for in advance on Groupon just due to my gender, nowhere in the Groupon does it have any gender requirements this should be looked into and this business should be shutdown.
