The reason why I went to this location was that the other location I was going to would charge me $150 per visit, which was too much to pay. My doctor sent me to this rehab facility after I explained to him the situation to receive therapy for my arm and leg. Upon my first appointment, I spoke to the receptionists, and asked if there was any co-pay? Both of them said no, but during the whole therapy I kept asking and they said there was no co-pay, making me believe that my insurance was paying the whole visit each time. I would later receive a **** from La Mesa totaling almost $1,000 dollars. I called and asked them about this ****, which they would then tell me that I had not met my deductible. I told them I would pay them gradually, but I find it unfair and unprofessional that they did not inform me of the charges, so I could walk away. Furthermore, I did not receive the care I needed for my leg, and one of the therapists did not want to work with me. I feel cheated of service and have been placed with an inflated ****. I am looking for this **** to be cut down to a negotiated amount.Thank You
