I purchased two recliners from Living Spaces in ****************, ********** a few weeks ago. I love them. Our salesman ***** **** was wonderful. So knowledgeable about his stock and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want as two other companies did. He went over 100% to help us. He even called us to make sure we were happy when it arrived on time, was put together by two men and we have not had any trouble at all. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, the estimated delivery dates provided at point of sale, are based on the production schedule at that time, the dates are subject to change as the schedule is updated. Upon further review of the account, we show the item in question was not in stock at the customer's local warehouse but was instead being shipped from our main warehouse. The *** was set for 10/29/2024, however, the customer chose to cancel the order due to not wanting to wait any longer. A refund in the amount of $488.25 was processed to the original method of payment and will be reflected in the account within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.Review from Douglas M

In 2022 I pur*****d a very expensive, to me, couch. Got sold on their wonderful warranty to cover everything so that I could live worry free for 5 years. Oct '23 there is poorly placed seam that splits. Call warranty, they come out look at the seam, say its in a poor spot and there isn't a lot he can do so they stitch up the seam. Doesn't look new but tech says it is what it is and it will split again due to location. The seam is literally in the middle of the ***** portion of the couch. Sept '24 the exact same spot on the couch that was repaired, gives out again just as the original tech claims. Go to do the nine warranty claim which is not a very clear process. I select over 30 days by accident when selecting age. Claim gets denied. I submit an appeal with all the details and pics, explain gin that I accidentally selected 30 days on the age. They deny again. So I call the warranty company and speak with management. They tell me a story that the couch should have never been repaired in October '23 under warranty, that it should have been manufacturers warranty coverage and they just repaired it for me to be nice. So they will not be repairing it again, even though it's basically a warranty claim for a failed repair. They kinda direct me back to Living Spaces instructing me to speak with the local manager who can override the claim denial. Of course Living Spaces doesn't publish nor give out manager info so it requires a physical trip back to the store. I go in and speak with a lady ***** who is not a manager but says she can handle the issue. She agrees that the situation is screwed and makes no sense. Says she will see what she can do. Days go by I get an email telling me that I need to go back and talk to a supervisor at the warranty company. My response was I already have and asked for a managers number, no response, emailed again asking, no response again. At this point you have to believe that it is on purpose, LS does not want to replace this crappy couch.Review from Wendy V

This was my first and definitely last time purchasing from this location. The sales staff were very friendly and gave the impression that they were highly focused on customer service. I was helping my mom, who had just lost her husband, pick out new recliners. The salesperson showed us several options, and we chose one that seemed super comfortable in the store. My mom customized the fabric and spent a considerable amount of money on these recliners, even purchasing the warranty for added protection.Unfortunately, from the moment we received the chairs, theyve been a huge disappointment. You sink uncomfortably into the back because they werent constructed properly. One of the recliners rocks unevenly and makes a terrible noise. Weve called both the store and the warranty company multiple times, only to be told that none of these issues are covered under the warranty.I wish I had read the reviews before shopping here, as I wouldve never made this purchase. LIVING SPACES IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!They delivered a broken sofa.Sent a technician to fix it and he did not have the parts for it.Another technician came back who said it was unfixable and to get a new one.They were scheduled to pick it up and due to ongoing family medical emergencies and issues it got pushed to the bottom of our priority list.I reached out and I was 2 weeks past the warranty and they have refused to help in any way.Fix it or replace it. Living Spaces may have some goodlooking and reasonably priced furniture but far from a furniture with quality. We purchased two special order chairs with a matching sofa from Living Spaces. After receiving it, we discovered that the sofa frame has some defects and creaking when you sit on it. However, within a month the creaking got worst and that is when we called their customer service.A third-party repair service provider came and examined the sofa and their report to Living Spaces concluded that there is nothing wrong with the sofa and they are complaining because they have a second thought about their purchase.Contesting this report, the Living Spaces decided to offer a credit only for the sofa but not the matching chairs applicable only towards a future purchase from them.Stuck with two rather expensive chairs we could not find a matching sofa that we would like, and therefore we purchased a set of sofa love seat. However, upon a weeks use of the new set, the cushions lost their form, and the set looks like a very old and used furniture. As a result, to counter this defect we have to make all the cushions fluff several times a day after each time we sit on it. Bottom line, if you want decorative furniture, purchasing from Living Spaces may be okay but, if you are looking for a furniture with quality and a long life, we certainly do not recommend them.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC Response

Purchased a sectional 09/20/24 expected delivery mid Oct. Scheduled delivery 10/11, got a call Thursday afternoon that 2 of the 7 pieces are on backorder and the other 5 are enroute from warehouse but unknown when they will arrive. **************** turns out to be a third party, can't speak to someone in the store unless you show up in person. After talking to 2 unhelpful *****s I could barely understand Thursday afternoon, I reached a third ***** Friday morning who confirmed I will receive the 5 pieces on Tuesday but 2 additional pieces will be on backorder until late November. Saturday morning, living spaces called me to inform me that 3 pieces are on back order but I could get the other 4 by Wednesday. I strongly requested a manager reach out to me because I am not understanding how living spaces inventory system seems to be from several decades ago. A store manager called me back, verified delivery of 4 pieces Wednesday, the other 3 chairs will be on back order until late Nov. I requested his manager to call me back because I still didn't get an explanation on how this happened. Saturday afternoon, another manager called me to let me know all 7 pieces are on backorder until late November. Worse yet, you could order the same furniture from living spaces website, and the expected delivery date is 11/07 or buy in store with delivery date as mid Nov. How is this possible I asked, she says these are only estimates, but there is a difference between estimates and LIES. Monday morning, I woke up to an email from living spaces confirming Wednesday delivery, of all 7 pieces. My emotions can't take it anymore, I call the customer service number, ***** doesn't know why I received an email for delivery. I requested a refund at this point. The ***** came back to tell me he will need to charge me 10% restocking fee, in accordance to their policy. I once more drive to the store to get a refund in person, finally received full refund 2 days later. Worst experience ever!Review from Cam P

I placed the order to be picked up at the end of August. When I picked it up, I asked several times to be sure they gave me all the items because it seemed light, three different people assured me it was correct. The next day, opening the boxes, not only did I find the items to be broken/damaged, they did NOT give me my whole order. I called to complain and all they said was theyll remake it and I have to wait another month. Over the course of the last month, I have been going back and forth with the company regarding my experiences and not one person has tried to fix it. They have reached out ONLY to get a payment and nothing else. Which, I did pay them for them to no longer reach out to me regarding my missing item and the items that still have not been delivered. They did not reach out to me to tell me it was delivered, it took three different people to finally tell me it was. When I mentioned the missing chairs, they told me it was not noted and called me liar. They proceeded to tell me to start a warranty claim on an item I never had in my possession. Buyer Beware!!! If you are planning to buy a mattress from Living Spaces, you'd better think twice! For years I have shopped at Living Spaces and have bought thousands of dollars of furniture there but after the recent nightmare experience I have had, I will NEVER spend another dollar there again. I was sold a Temperpedic mattress against my better judgement but was assured if I didn't like it, I could exchange it for another brand / model. What they don't explain to you is that you MUST wait 31 days to exchange and if you buy a less expensive mattress you will have to wait 7 to 10 days for your refund AFTER the 31 day mandatory waiting period (they call it a sleep trial but it's more like a lack of sleep sentence!)In short, they will continually lie to you about everything from exchange dates, refund dates and who's policy it is that you must sleep on a mattress that is causing pain for 31 days (BTW it was originally 30 days, not 31) They have now called me this afternoon to inform me that they have moved my delivery / exchange date to next Tuesday, Oct. 1st. Wife and I ordered a new bed frame to be delivered with install. Paid $100. We needed to change the delivery date due to some unforeseen circumstances and were charged another $100 to move the date.Install date comes around. The bed is installed but feels a bit rickety. Slept in it for a few nights with no issue and then last night when getting into bed, the entire frame bottoms out and breaks hurting my back in the process. Upon lifting up the mattress we discovered that screws were not even attached on the cross beams supports. I called customers service and they don't have replacement parts but offered a $79 discount. I explained that the lumber to replace and fix these cross beams was going to cost more than the offered amount and I was really only upset about the fact the I paid $200 for a faulty install that ended up injuring me. She spoke to a supervisor and they stood by their $79 discount. I've purchased a lot of furniture from Living Spaces over the years, but I'm done at this point.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC Response
