On September 11th 2023, I placed an order for a Large / Red ****** Happy Cat Premium Cat Carrier Soft Sided Pet *************** Reduces Anxiety x1. Order #****. Total of $79.97. I got a confirmation email from ********************************* immediately after. The order included free 2-3 day shipping. It is now 9/29/23 and I have not received the product or an email confirming my item has been shipped. I emailed the support email listed on their website (*********************************) on 9/26/23 and have not heard back. The phone number listed on their website *************) is out of service. I would like a refund for the product I never received.Initial Complaint

July 13th placed order #**** - 1 "****** "Happy Cat" 3 in 1 Premium Pet Stroller, *************** Soft Sided Reduces Anxiety 1" for $125.58 USD. Received an email on July 17th stating the order has shipped, with an estimated delivery date of July 19th and a tracking number.As of July 25th *** tracking still states *** is waiting for the package - item has not shipped. I have not received anything.Phone number on company website is inactive.Attempted to email them July 24th - no response yet.Initial Complaint

On June 26, 2023, I made an online purchase and received an invoice #****, for $35 which I paid immediately. I never received the item, have emailed and asked for updates on shipping, and have contacted them many times on ********* They refuse to get back to me...so I am asking for a refund. I have purchased an order on Saturday, 07/16/2022 of a stroller frame on the ****** website and paid a total of $65.69. I received the item on Friday, 07/22/2022. Upon assembling the product I realized that the front two wheels were not the same. Naturally, I emailed ****** on 07/25/2022 for a replacement or if I can return the item and an individual named ************************* in **************** replied back to me on 08/03/2022 saying that there is no need to send the product back and they will send me a replacement once their shipment arrives. I have continuously asked for updates via email but they have not responded since then.I have tried calling their company number but it always leads to a voicemail saying that they work remotely and to email them. I have filled out their contact form on their website. I have not received any updates of any form since then. The Refund Policy stated a 90 day refund policy. I received my stroller frame with defective, the wrong two front wheels. I have tried calling and emailing but the seller does not reply and calling suggests to email which no one is answering. I am not sure how to get a refund or replacement back and I have been trying to get information for so long now. It is a shame.
