Online Helestyle advertised a Nordic sweater in wool that appeared quite lovely. What arrived was an ugly acrylic sweater w no fabric or care tag. That was not represented by the photo on line. There was no invoice either or return policy. I checked on line there was an email address which directed me to take a photo and they would decide if it had any merit.Then I received a Second Sweater! Same routine send e mail send photo and theyd decide if sending it back was merited. The address on both packages was a personal mail to **** : ********************************************************** Seriously a real scam 40$ per sweater and no recourse for returns. There is currently no online store as of today.***********************************Initial Complaint

I purchased two items from the company, Helestyle. I did not know where this company was based. I came to them through a********* advertisement. They have on their website the following return policy: "Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions. - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse." The items that I received were incredibly poorly made and did not fit. I wanted to return them. I had many back and forths with their customer service email in which they kept offering me increasing discounts on new purchases. I did not want new purchases from this company, I wanted my money back. Finally, the sent me the above address********* to send the clothes back. I checked with the post office and it would be at least $100 to send the package ********* That is more than I paid. I asked the company for the address of their US transfer station here in the United States. The return address on their shipping label was from a depot at *** airport. I have never received a response. This company is advertising on********* and other social media sites as being a legitimate business with a return policy. This is patently untrue. I see there are other complaints on the *** website. They need to be stopped.Customer response

I purchased 2 items on September 22, 2022 and when I got them in they were not as described. One was a long sleeve shirt with a forest print and the print was extremely pixelated and looked horrible. The second was a hoodie with a mountain scene. The mountain print looked okay, but it was printed to look like a fleece sweater and it was also extremely pixelated. Both items are made of horribly cheap fabric that is almost comparable to that of a child's Halloween costume from dollar general. The thread in the hoodie is coming out and the collar on the shirt is terrible. I contacted this website and asked for a refund and I included photos of what I had received. They told me to wait 5-7 days for them to "investigate" and I haven't heard anything since. They have no address or telephone number listed on the website for contact. I paid a total of $67.17 for these products (that includes the $9.99 shipping) and I want a full refund and to send these products back. I have also come across things about their website being a scam site. I tried writing a review on their website for the products I ordered, but it wouldn't let me post the review because it said "only customers who confirm received this item are allowed to leave a review". I did receive my item and it was not what I was expecting it to be, especially not for the high price of the items. There's a lot wrong with this website. Grammatical errors all over the website that raise suspicion about it not being legit. Like they don't proofread anything before they put it on there. That seems very unprofessional. The only contact information they have on their website is ********************** Nothing else. I don't know what to do, but I want my money back. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.Customer response

Helestyle advertised very different products than they sent. The quality is horrible, the images are just printed onto low quality fabric and are very pixelated. I've contacted support 3 times with no response. The website says they will not refund if you just send the products back, only if you email them first. But they won't reply. I need a total refund.
