I purchased a Microsoft Office product online from microsoftsoftwares.com in July 2023 for a laptop I was going to buy. I ended up not getting the laptop, so the product key was never used. Fast forward to Jan. ****, I finally purchased a new laptop and went to install my Office Product. Microsoft said the product key was invalid. I emailedthe company several times with no response. I also called the phone number listed *************), but it's an invalid phone number. No other way to contact the company. I purchased from this company 2 years prior withno issues, so I assumed it was legit, but apparently it's a scam. Thanks,*************************

Microsofts Rip-off and Disruptive Maneuvers My Microsoft Office purchased version, and Microsoft Outlook purchased version stopped working due to annoying and disruptive popup messages requiring, on one hand, to ACTIVATE Office 365, a software product I didnt purchase, and, on the other hand, luring me into purchasing that software. After a whole day trying troubleshooting with no success, I had no other alternative than purchasing a subscription for $6.99/mo. After the purchase and activation, the disruptive messages disappeared and both my Microsoft Office and Outlook got back to normal, working fine again as before It should be mentioned that they charged me three times for my two software products: (1) Microsoft Office 2013, (2) Microsoft Outlook, while Office 365 is forced into my hands by terrorist-like blackmail and ******, let alone various harassments and disruptions. The bottom line is: my computer systems have been in danger, exposed and totally vulnerable to their blackmail, intrusions, and attacks. The bottom line is they would keep robbing me month after month and year after year for an unwanted product you forced into my hands. To stop their rip-off, I have no other alternative than blocking further unfair charges on their part. Theyd predictably keep harassing me and disrupting my computational environment. Indeed, they started by attacking my Outlook and Office software applications with relentless harassment.Microsoft fakes overlooking serious damage they inflicted to my computational environment, my privacy, my security and my mental health. Please find in the *** attachment further information.

Hi there,This is about an obvious fraud regarding a Microsoft Office **************************** Feb 2020, I purchased a Full Microsoft Office 2019 installation package over the Internet from a vendor called "Microsoft ************** see the attached files 01_OrderConfirmation.jpg, 01_OrderConfirmation.mht and 02_DownloadLink.jpg. Back then, I downloaded and saved the installer file, but did not install it yet.So far, I have not been used the software, but now, I obtained a new laptop-PC and wanted to put the Software on it. However, when attempting to activate it (activation is required for ********** otherwise, it won't function), I found out that neither Internet nor phone activation was possible; Microsoft notified me with the information that the Software installation-ID of the Office-software is "not valid".I immediatley contacted the vendor to notify them about the issue and request their assistance see 03_FirstInquiry.jpg.Since I did not hear from them, I emailed them with a 2nd inquiry, see 04_SecondInquiry.jpg.Still nothing I sent a 3rd inquiry, see 05_ThirdInquiry.jpg.Still nothing, so I went on their website and used their web contact form, for which I immediately received a receipt confirmation from them, see 06_WebInquiryConfirmation.jpg.Still nothing, so I send a final warning, see 07_FinalWarning.jpg.I believe I gave them more than ample opportunity to reply and help me fix this issue. Now, I want to bring this case to your attention, with 2 objectives:1. Getting a full refund from them for the $39.99 I paid them for nothing 2. Identify this company as fraudulent Thank you for your assistance with this case. As supporting evidence, I have attached 7 documents in ascending chronological order.
