They have been taken money from bank accounts without my knowledge. I never requested borrow money from them. I have never requested nine hundred either. $900.00 I don't know where they have access my bank account and they are taking every two weeks. They need to stop taking my bank account and refund my money $250. Please help.Initial Complaint

Arrow mountain funding, is the name of the buisness, i took out a 500 dollar loan from them in December I ended up paying thousands of dollars back to them to pay it off and when I was finished and wanted to get another loan they said they didn't do business anymore in my jurisdiction, because the laws changed, when I asked law that was? I was met with were not sure.. this company is a criminal lending organization scamming Americans out of there money and needs to be stopped. End of story, thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

I received a voicemail from this company advising I had an account in collections with them. I called the number back and asked to be provided with the loan documents for this purported account. I was told they were being emailed to me right then, but I received this: Dear *****, Our records indicate that we have not received a recent payment towards your outstanding balance, account number ****** in the amount of $1,676.25. Please contact us immediately at ************ to make payment arrangements in order to return your account with Arrow FundingGroup to good standing. We hope this was just an oversight, and you will be able to remit the funds due in a timely manner. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we still need to speak with you. We can assist and work with you towards returning the account to a current status. If you are unable to call today, please email us at ******************************************* with any concerns and a preferred contact time. We will make arrangements to speak with you. Sincerely,Arrow FundingGroup ************ ******************************************* I called the number again literally TWO hours later and was given a different story that this account is now in 3rd party collections. When I advised the person on the phone I was given a number to a collection agency. I went online in an attempt to obtain my loan documents, but only got a message stating the account was in collections and to call. This has got to be a violation of FDCPA. Arrow Funding has initialed FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION and DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYBusiness response

The customer requested and we approved a loan in the amount of $750 on 11/8/21 in good faith after reviewing the customers representations made within the loan application. The loan terms and all appropriate disclosures were provided to the customer for review and approval at the time of loan origination. Additionally, any customer can reference our terms by visiting our website at www.arrowfundinggroup.com or calling customer support at ************. According to our records, unfortunately, to date, the customer has made no payments toward the repayment of this loan. Per the customer's request, a copy of the customer's loan agreement has been sent to the customer's email on file. For any further assistance or to set up a payment plan, the customer can contact us toll free at ************ or email us at *******************************************.

I am rejecting this response because:Your message was completely untrue. I went to the online site and was unable to access anything. When I called, I was sent a settlement notice; not a copy of the loan agreement as originally requested. That is a prime example of deceptive trade practices. What are you trying to cover up?
