This loan company charges outrageous interest rates and weekly payment amounts. I have a $1200 loan that is being g charged 750% interest and Im paying nearly $180 a WEEK. I cant live making such large weekly payments. This is untenable. This company needs to seriously reconsider lowering their payment amounts and interest rates.

Little Lake Lending discloses the total cost to a borrower assuming only the minimum payment schedule is followed. All rates and loan fees are prominently displayed within the loan contract and were acknowledged by ***** **** at each point by mandatory electronic signature.
In the event customers would like to modify their payments, we encourage them to contact **************** at ************** at least three (3) business days before their scheduled payment date to request the payoff of an account, to skip a payment or to make an additional payment that will go towards their principal balance. Making payments toward the principal balance can quickly reduce the outstanding balance and reduce the time to repay the loan off.

      Recommended Resolution:
As a courtesy, the Company will reach out to ***** **** with an offer to resolve their loan.
***** Koch can call the Company at ************** if there are further questions or concerns.

I borrowed $1,000 from Little Lake Lending and when I attempted to pay it back less than two weeks after borrowing it I was told the payoff was $1,210. I tried to payoff that amount but my payment was rejected by my bank for what they called “ unusual activity” on the part of of the lender.

I have not completed a loan from Little Lakes due to the fact that they ask for your bank routing and account numbers before disclosing the terms of your loan. This is an open ticket to fraud and/or predatory lending. The California Attorney General should be investigating this practice.

To secure a loan amount or interest rate, we must first complete the verification process. The rates given are merely estimates until we validate the information you provide. This typically takes about five minutes, after which we can review the final figures and address any questions you may have.

Talk about taking advantage of those who get into a bad situation and need help! I got a loan from Little Lake Lending and called to get my payoff. The original amount of my loan was $900. As of today, I've paid them $1100 and they say my payoff is over $4,000. How can that possible be? That's just highway robbery! DO NOT ever use this company This is just crazy! I don't know how I will ever be able to repay! :( :( I'm going to have to file bankruptcy.

I took out a loan for $600 dollars and gave them permission to automatically withdraw payments from my account monthly. I called them last month to get a payoff quote and they said I still owe $598.59. I asked how is that possible when they’ve been taking $199.53 from my account monthly since 5/3/2024. There’s no way I still owe $598.59. I tried to login online but it keeps telling me I’m entering the wrong password even though I know my password is correct. So I tried to reset my password and it won’t let me. Something is not right about this company.

I have a current Loan with Little Lake Lending, I had originally borrowed *******. I have since paid *******, my interest rate is 410% It is my understanding that in ******* a lender can not charge above 18%. Is that correct? If so, how to I resolve this issue? I have called them several times to negotiate a better rate, and they have been no help. Additionally, I have had two other loans that I have had paid off to them- with very high interest rates. One with a 645% interest rate and the other with 795%. I realize it was my error but I am a single mom, trying my best to maintain rent and other necessities without being homeless and often a small loan helps me get by.
