      On April 14, 2024, I visited the Toyota Lancaster dealership with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Toyota Camry equipped with a panoramic sunroof. What followed was a disheartening sequence of events that compelled me to bring attention to the unprofessional conduct and misleading practices of the dealership. Upon arrival, I expressed my interest in the specific Camry model. However, despite their assurance that they could potentially procure one, I was encouraged to take a drive in a basic Camry under the premise that the engines were similar. Reluctantly, my children and I agreed, providing my identification and contact information as requested. During the interaction, the behavior of the sales manager was deeply disappointing, instead of providing genuine assistance, he chose to demean and belittle me. Stating that my desire for a panoramic sunroof was akin to "reaching for a unicorn." Such derogatory remarks not only tarnished my experience but also displayed a lack of respect for customer preferences. Despite initial assurances, the dealership failed to fulfil their promises after telling me that 2025 Toyota Camry XSE with a panoramic sunroof was not available until June and you could not reserve or even give me a price until mid-**** *********** I was misled and with false pretenses and empty assurances of obtaining the desired vehicle. My most recent visit on May 4, 2024, only served to compound my frustrations. Despite previous assurances, the dealership adamantly refused to honor our agreements. demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer Satisfaction. In light of these egregious actions, I demand accountability from the dealership. It is imperative that they honor the deal promised to me and take steps to ensure that such mistreatment is not inflicted upon other customers as I was now told that all 2024 and 2025 XSE with a panoramic sunroof was all sold out or reserved to other customers but assured I would get first pick. wanted to share myexperience

      I am writing this complaint to warn others. I purchased a Toyota ******* from Lancaster Toyota and had it for about 3 years. Because of my back problems, I dont drive much. In 3 years, I put less than ****** miles. This car stated it was Certified . Obviously, that was a joke. I had to replace the whole transmission with a new one. The purchase was necessary because I couldnt take the bus due to Covid. My disabled son helped me with the purchase. If they can do this to me, they can do it to you with no problem. They need to be made accountable for this. What are they Certified for if not major problems? What a joke this is! They should be made to pay me back every ***** for the stress. As a disabled senior, they have No shame!
