Artic Air took over my previous contracts from a different provider to service my ******************* ******* to prepare the cooler for summer happened today 4/26/2023. I called Artic Air earlier in the day to inquire about any summer specials because ****** sells pads for $30 and has a special running, and they quoted me $400-500 for pads. I told them I was then going to have to go to ****** and ended the call. Later I called and spoke to **** (manager) because now my cooler is leaking all over my roof and was told they cancelled my contract because I was going to Lowes for Pads. They are refusing to fix my cooler now because I stated I was going to Lowes for Pads. They started a service and broke my cooler and now won't fix it. I am demanding repair or replacement of my cooler and then they can cancel my contract.Business response
