06/12/23 $21.31 We called a pizza order half cheese half pepperoni and when my boyfriend got there to pick it up it was all pepperoni. He said this isnt what we ordered and ***** started screaming at him that they dont do half and half pizzas (weve gotten it before from there) and hes like ok then refund me the money we will go somewhere else.she says no its fine we will make it and he waits outside and a few mins goes by a mind ***** FOLLOWS HIM OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING to argue with him saying someone called back and changed the order and that it was supposed to be pepperoni and he said no again thats not what we ordered like I said we will go somewhere else and she said again its fine all rude. He gets home and there is a HAIR IN THE PIZZA. so clearly she was upset etc. well they refuse to refund us for the pizza. And told us not to come back to their store. How ridiculous to be treated that way by an establishment. They also refused to give ** a receipt. So I have to upload my bank statement.Business response

Hi,
The customer ask for her money refund and manager did gave her refund also stated to her within 24hr to 72 hrs she will get her refund and behalf of our customer service we gave them full food refund and full amount. But she was so angry to ask her refund right away but banking process it takes few hrs or days to do refund but she wasnt listening.

I am rejecting this response because:
His response is untrue. When I called to get a refund around 12:30 pm he told me I would have to wait until the manager that was on duty at the time of the incident, had returned to work at 4pm so he could discuss the matters with her FIRST, and THEN having to ask his other boss. I then demanded he do it right there and then, justifiably. Any reasonable person who had to deal with the verbal attack/uncomfortable/unprofessional situation brought by their employee, would absolutely not wait until they talked to so and so. Especially given the retaliation done by the employees by placing HAIR in our food. That was brought to their attention as well, and they still refused to do the refund until they talked to so and so. There is clearly a language barrier because I know it takes time for bank transactions to process, I am fully aware of that. The demand was to do it at that moment instead of ridiculously waiting hours to speak to so and so. They also refused to provide me a receipt of the original transaction and there was no way to give me the receipt of the refund. So until the refund is processed through my bank ( which as of now is not there), I would like to, understandably, keep this claim open.

We refund money when she called ,we Refund @12.54 pm we make 2 times her order, my employee asked bring food back, she refuse to bring food back , she was threatening ************* employee was scared

I am rejecting this response because:
I absolutely was not threatening the employee and he did not ask to bring any food back, why would someone bring food back after 24 hours, thats disgusting. I have the calls recorded, and will be taking it to corporate. They can pull the video surveillance of the manager ***** following my boyfriend outside. I will also be filing a complaint with the health department since ***** deliberately put a hair in our food because she was upset. They did not give ** two times the order. They messed up our order, we refused the first pizza and they remade it for **. Of course not with out being argued with and followed out of the establishment. I did tell ***** that I wont take this to the BBB if he gives me a refund and he wanted me to wait hours until he talked to *****. So if the owner has a problem with me taking it to the BBB then he should blame it on ***** and *****!
