      I ordered a rear suspension kit on Sep 29, 2022. Was informed of a 2 month lead time. After waiting 6+ months and multiple phone calls, some parts have came in and I could pick them up, I noticed missing parts in the kit. After they have acknowledged missing parts I was told they would be shipping them out to me and I would have them in 2 weeks. Months have passed and I still haven't received my parts. I have called multiple times (I have records of phone calls) with no answer or call back. There is no excuse why they couldn't call back. They are very active on social media. I have been waiting for almost 1 year to the date for missing parts. I have tried calling for a refund because I had gone with a different manufacturer and could not wait any longer.

      I would like to personally apologize to **************** for the wait time.  The parts that he is inquiring about we do not manufacture in house and have been waiting to receive the parts from the manufacture to the point we are currently designing and testing on manufacturing the **bolts inhouse, so we are not held up by another manufacture.  We are defiantly a small shop and do try to get back to all calls in a timely manner.  I happen to research through emails to see if **************** emailed asking for a refund on the **bolts, I could not find anything.  I will defiantly issue the refund to **************** today and appogolize for the miss understanding.  If he has any questions, please have him reach out to me personally and I am happy to work with him.

      I placed an order on 3/2/2023 (invoice # ****) and was told that lead time would be 4-8 weeks. I was asked to place a $500 deposit at time of order and I did so. I waited 8 weeks and then called to get a status update. After several attempts by both email and phone, I finally got someone on the phone. I was told that they did not know what was going on and would follow up and get back to me. That never happened. Now, I cannot get anyone on the phone. I have sent emails and left voicemails and haven't received a reply. It has been over 4 months since my order was placed. They took my money, failed to deliver the products, and I cannot get any resolution. I tried by email and voice mail to request a refund of my deposit but I cannot get a reply or any other communication from this business.

      To whom it may concern - I first want to apologize to **************** for any confusion and for the wait time.  We are a small business and are thankful for our customer base.  With that we are doing our best to get back to all customers regarding orders but know we can do better. Some of the things we have been working to help with customer updates on product is implementing a production timeline for customers to see with online orders.  Because we are a small business and handmake 80% of our parts, we require at least 50% down for orders.  The Item that **************** ordered is not something we make in house, but we do have custom ordered from a US supplier and lead times and materials are not always in our control.  


      I am happy to work with the customer. If **************** wants a refund, I will waive our cancellation policy for the miss understanding and wait time.    
      I will reach out to **************** via phone 8/15 and refund him his deposit if you still want to proceed with a cancelation. If anything else is needed, please contact me personally as we are a very small company and I take care of all refunds for customers.
