Dear Luxury Beauty Store **************** Team, I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my friend shopped in your ********* store and saw a good discount of 3.4oz Maison Margiela Matcha Meditation perfume. She bought one for me and shipped it to me in ********. I received it yesterday, and upon removing the plastic wrap and opening the box, I noticed a strong scent indicating a possible issue with the sealing. Further inspection revealed that the metal lid/spray part with thin white ropes, is loose and malfunctioning. The metal spray lid can be rotated as long as I twist it, but it cannot form a tight seal. It is an issue I never encountered in my previous purchases of Maison Margiela products, based on which, the metal lid cannot be rotated, especially for a new product. The poor sealing can affect the quality of the product. I have many perfumes and cannot consume it quickly, let alone it is in a big size so I am concerned that the perfume diffuses quickly or the scent changes. I am upset with this experience and hope to seek for a replacement. Considering the shipping fees and fuel cost, I do not want to ship it back to my friend and ask her to drive for hours to replace it and send again to me. I wonder if I can directly request a replacement for this item from your store or your company so I do not need to bother her. Please let me know if you need the receipt. I was at the store today and looking for the Lancme lipstick. Opened a package and closed &put it back. The store employee started to scouting at me dont open the package. There are the display. Then, he stopped for 30 seconds and continued to said I wont purchase any packages are open before. Dont open the package I left the store immediately since I do not to ****** his lecture. The employee is no people skill and doesnt treat the customer respectfully.
