***** and I believe **** from Ultras are completely unprofessional . I returned a shirt for a refund and they refused to credit me back saying the shirt was washed. I kindly explained them that the shirt was a large and came as the size of a small. They proceeded to give me a label to send the shirt back. They told me they would not be refunding me because it was washed. I explained to them fine, I will be disputing the charge and they wrote quote of course you will ***** ________, you lied to us once lets see what happens I disputed the charge and won and they had the audacity to write back quote Congrats! You should be proud of yourself. Lie your way to charge back. Good luck in life. I hope this place goes out of business and I encourage everyone to never shop here. ***** and **** should be ashamed of themselves and their company.Review from Todd B

This person needs to be out of business based on my review and others. My wife ordered a shirt for me for Valentines Day. When it came, I opened the package (with my hands) and there was a small slit in the shirt. She reached out to get and exchange and the customer service rep who is really the owner told her it was a cut from scissors opening the package. She explained it wasnt and took pictures and he was rude to her and pretty much called her a liar. That is not how you run a business. Do not buy anything from this guy. He doesnt deserve anyones business.Review from Bill A

Would not recommend doing business with Ultras. Ordered one size and the website defaulted to size they had in stock. Be advised to check every detail on order before you place an order. I wished I had checked Ultras out before placing an order. All bad reviews and plenty of complaints with the Better Business. Safe yourself a lot of grief; dont order from Ultras. Be smart and order from a reputable company.Review from chris a

wanted a different size. sent the shirt back as directed. i wrote one email and got a response asking when i sent the return and what i wanted. i replied to that email and never heard back again. never received the shirt. they took my moneyReview from Scott W

Company does not respond. Ordered 2 items.. one is way off from the size stated. Both items were marked Large. One *********** the other is huge. Emailed company twice and messaged them on ********* no response. I would NOT recommend buying from these ******.Review from Shari R

Ordered items, never got them. When I got the number to call them, they were completely rude and hung up on me. They made it my fault that I didn't receive my order. Wha????!!!!

If you look at the other comments from patrons of this online store, they have had the same experience: they have received items they did not order and Ultras refused to remedy the situation. And, of course, hung up on them when they called to ask for the correct items.
THEY are the scammers.
