This concerns the water softening tanks my landlords (and my rent) pay for, It is 43 days overdue. I called my realty company on September 21st and told them my water was hard and I just realized that the tank was never changed. They called the service and.Culligan water claimed that they had no access to my water softening system. My back porch was clean days before and days after the tank was due. No one knocked on the door, there was no phone call and the realty company wasn't notified. A employee at Culligan water told the realtor that the tanks would be out over the weekend. It never arrived. September 25th my realtor called Culligan water again it went to a answering service. apparently with no call back, she called again on the 26th and was told that it would be done sometime during the end of the week. It's not much time, but there is wear and tear on my washing machine, my clothing, my dishes Let alone feeling like sandpaper when you bathe.
