      I ordered two shirts on July 7 and paid $52.97. On July 23 I received two completely different shirts. They were a completely different design and fit and not remotely what I ordered. After contacting the merchant they agreed to fully reimburse me. After nearly 2 weeks without a refund I contacted the merchant and got no response. I contacted them again a week later to check in about when to expect the refund and again got no response. I then filed a dispute with my credit card. Several weeks after that (over 6 weeks from when the merchant agreed to refund me) I got a refund notification from the merchant that they were refunding $44.98 of the $52.97 that I paid. So I never was fully refunded what I paid.

      I ordered a dress, a different dressed and poorly made dress arrived. Upon speaking with a representative I learned the dress that I ordered was not available. On 9/26/24 I was advised that it would take 5-7 days to process my refund. On 10/6/24 I contacted customer service by chat and learned that my refund has been requested, but not processed. This company appears to be misleading, as I don't believe they ever had the dress that I wanted. They stated that they were shipping from overseas, the package that I received was post marked with a Texas address. I also don't feel confident that I'll receive a refund. This business doesn't seem as if it is operating in good faith. I'm requesting an investigation into them as I don't want other people to experience this type of fraudulent and misleading service.

      The business refuses to cancel my order and refund me even though I canceled my order within the allowed timeframe. The customer service is unresponsive despite confirming my request to cancel my order.

      Ordered prom dress from Zapaka and received on April 30th. Beautiful dress and daughter loved it, but it did not fit. We tried contacting several seamstresses for alterations but they couldn't be done before prom. So on May 7 (7th business day) we contact Zapaka and requested a return. They offered 10% refund and keep the dress. My daughter paid for it and she wanted a full refund. Tried again and they offered 20% and keep the dress. When I pushed back for full refund and return address, they then ghosted us. Haven't heard from them since May 7th.

      I ordered a dress from Zapaka on March 5th. Recieved it on the 28th. It didn't fit. Size was a 2 and it fit like a 6. Contacted Zapaka regarding this issue. They were prompt at getting back to me at first. Then, it took a while for them to return my emails and they stated that they would refund my money after sending the dress back. However, I sent the dress back and they received it on April 9th. I have yet to get my refund. I have continually contacted them regarding this issue and, they have not gotten back to me or refunded my money.

      3/23/24: I ordered two dresses from Zapaka.com with expedited shipping. Order ZAPAKAUS93142..$279 merchandise, ***** shipping for a total of $303.88 Dresses not received until 4/12/24.Webisite clearly states their return policy is - if not 100% satisfied returns can be made if contacted within 7 days. Several ways are listed on their website to contact them for return instructions.I emailed their contact email ************************************ on 4/18/24 - within the 7 day return window, with my information and order number indicating I would like to make the return. I received an email back the same day saying they would give me a 10% discount if I chose to keep the order, otherwise they would provide the address and process to return the order if chose to do that. I responded the same day 4/18 that I wanted to return the order.I have never received any further response from the company. I have followed up with additional emails on 4/19/24 and 4/25/24. I have also called the telephone number listed on their website ************** on 4/23/24 & 4/24/24 and left messages. I also tried the online chat feature from their website on 4/26/24 and nobody ever connected. This feature worked for me earlier in the month when I was inquiring about the delivery delay.I have complied and followed their documented process on their website - however they are not fulfilling their documented return policy.I have enclosed a snapshot of the return policy posted on their website as well as copies of the emails I sent and the one they sent me.

      I purchased a dress from Zapaka for my daughters wedding and when I received it the zipper was sticking and some of the sequins were falling off. I sent an email to the company for return information and they responded with offering a 10% discount to keep the dress. I continued to email them and in each response they offered me a higher discount to keep the dress. I kept telling them that I did not want to keep the dress and I wanted information to return it. They just stopped responding to my emails. I went on their online chat and I got an immediate response that the service supervisor would be with me shortly. I kept sending messages and they just stopped responding. This company is unresponsive and's the dress shipped from *****. I dont think the US should allow them to do business in our country if they are going to take advantage of its citizens.

      On April 8, 2024, I ordered two dresses on the companies website. I have been unsuccessful in receiving a responding email inquiring on the status of the order. Today, 4/23/24, I made several attempts to call the business and have received only ******************** you have contacted is not available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone", I left a message.

      I ordered a dress from Zapaka on 4/3/24 and I understood what there return policy was when buying the item. The dress was delivered on 4/17/24. My daughter tried the dress on within hours of it being delivered at determined it was way too big and we needed to return it. So I sent an email as instructed in the return policy found online and I was sent an email back asking to send a photo of the dress, which I did right away. It is now 4/23/24 nearly a week later and every time I email ZAPAKA to get an ADDRESS of where to send the return I get the same EMAIL that asks for a picture of the dress and NO other information. At this point I feel like they are trying to scam me and I will not play this game. All I want to do is send the dress back and receive my refund as the return policy states. I will upload proof of all my attempts to obtain an address.

      I placed an online order from Zapaka.com on 4/4/24. I ordered a dress and I selected the the expedited shipping method of 5-10 business days for $24.88. I needed the dress for today 4/20/24. This gave the dress just enough time to arrive by 4/19/24 at the latest. I was emailed an order number confirmation on 4/4/24. That order number is used to track the package. The only way to check tracking is to download another app. I downloaded it, and was checking for tracking info the whole week. Nothing, nothing, nothing. I finally emailed on 4/17/24 that there was not tracking info. I got no response. I emailed again on 4/19/24 5:43pm to request a refund because there was no tracking info and I had no dress. I received a response at 6:56 that I could not get my full refund back and only what I payed for shipping because it wasnt within a 24 hour period. The dress wasnt shipped, I was charged, and now the order says delivered. Which is a false claim. Now I have no dress and no refund. I am not going to agree to their terms that they should be able to steal my money. The want to keep $133.00 of my money. Terrible business practices.
