      I bought 2 merchandize from Ashely and both are defective. Dining Table I filed compliant right from when received. It is wobbling.Other the console, When I saw the termites wood dropping I complaint immediately. Saw the issue after over a month. It's been while I am chasing specially for console to take it back and replace. but nothing so far. I went to Ashely store from where I purchased and showed them pictures but they said file complaint to customer center. I warned them if Termites spread in my house, then Ashely will be responsible. Furniture fixing guy came and made a report on the same day and sent to Ashely but according to Ashely they didn't get. Not sure who is liar.Keep calling and sending reminders but no fruitful results so far.Customer Service of ********************** is one of the worst I have seen so far.

      I went to the ***************** ****************** store to purchase a ************************** Avenue. It was delivered. After a couple months I noticed the mattress was sagging and I started having back pain. I contacted customer service and explained I had issues with the mattress. I first made a claim with the manufacturer Sealy and they told me I should reach out to ****** because as long and they are still selling their brand, they should be the ones to replace the mattress. So, I called ******, one, two, three times. When someone finally decided to tell me, they would open a claim with customer service, I never heard back from them. Called again, then they told me that the previous claim was never submitted, it was on their system, on hold. So, once again the representative told me over the phone that they would call me back. I never heard from them. So, finally I receive an email from customersupport asking for pictures, item #, description issue, receipt and delivery date. I promptly sent all the information requested. I never heard back from. I was constantly asking for updates. I call the store super frustrated, and he said we needed an inspection. The technician came and told me that we had almost 2" depression and it should be replaced. 5 minutes later, I got the following message: Hello, This is ****** Furniture. reaching out to you regarding your mattress inspection. Unfortunately, your mattress was deemed to not be defective at this time. It is within the normal limits for depressions, and there were no other defects found. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Sealy at x** number. To resolve your issue with your bed Thank You for shopping with ****** Furniture. I called *****, explained the entire situation and they said in this case, you have to contact ****** not us" AGAIN. I asked ****** for a copy of the technical report and I they simply ignored me.

      THERE'S A REASON WHY THIS COMPANY HAS LOW RATINGS.
      I purchased the McCaskill Oversized Power Recliner chair April 3, 2021 through the Ashely Furniture Home Store website. I made this purchase based on my in-person visit inside the store. I sat on this exact recliner in the store which felt very soft and plush I decided to buy it online because I seen the price was a little cheaper. When I received it, it felt like I was sitting on wood it's very hard and uncomfortable. I contacted customer service and explained the chair was not made the same as the one inside the store. The representative told me I needed to break it in because the ones in the show room are broken in and to give it at least two weeks. My family and I tried to break it in but it never gave and remained just as hard as it did when I got it. I called Ashely customer service again and ask for a refund or exchange, but they stated because I purchased it online it was past the 7 day return window I could no longer return it. I was greatly disappointed, I left a review on their website on May 3, 2021. They contacted me asking to call them so I did on May 20. After being transferred and explaining the situation several times I spoke with the Customer Care Escalation Dept. She schedule for a Tech to come to my house and evaluate the chair for June 9, but I had to reschedule for July 3. The Tech came and did the evaluation, I called customer service because I hadn't received any response, I was told because I was passed *** return window nothing could be done. I asked why did they schedule the tech to come to my house if they weren't going to work with me, the women apologized and that was it. Nov 6, I went into Urners furniture seen the exact chair it felt as comfortable as it did when I originally sat in the chair inside Ashleys store. I received a defected chair, I was given the run around just to be told nothing could be done, this is in contrast to Urners where I received excellent service for better prices.
