  I have always tried to employ local and veteran owned companies, and have had good success.Unfortunately I have contacted **** at Innovative Solar 5 times to try to get an estimate for installing solar panels.However, despite all the apologies and all of the promises **** has not followed through or even shown up.I am probably lucky that no money has exchanged hands with such an unreliable company.

  We have been in business almost ten years and this is the first complaint or negative review we have received.  Ill start with this we are always grateful to have customers reach out to us to become potential customers of ours.  We work very hard to meet all expectations from start to finish and I would say we have accomplished that almost a 100% of the time.  I will state that from the outset of this I was very clear with ***** how busy we are.  I did apologize once because of the delay in response to his inquiry.  After asking some questions and getting some more information this wasnt a straight forward just come out look at the job and send the quote.  This was going to take some time and leg work on our behalf to see if this project could even happen.  ***** provided a number to a special permitting agency for manufactured homes that I reachd out to and left a message.  As I stated to ***** on our first call we are v ery busy with a couple current jobs that we have recieved payments on and needed to get those accross the finish line.  I'd like to state that we made no promises to ***** as a matter of fact I made it known upfront this is a project we hadnt taken on before so there was more uncertainty that this may not happen.  I would never had promised something I did know much about from the start.  I did tell him I would reach out to the permitting agency when I got a moment to do so.  We did that and havent recieved a response.  Let this apology be on the record that we are sorry that you felt we promised you something that we did not deliver on as we have a track record of doing the complete opposite of that.  We would be happy to try and earn your bsuiness now that we have some breathing room.  Please let us know and we will reach back out and see if we can get this project moving forward.
