      Midi health appears to a scam. I talked with a questionable nurse practitioner for less than 10 min and she immediately prescribed 4 medications. I dont see how this company complies with medical ethics.

      My doctor was great however the customer service is horrible. I scheduled an appointment and the appointment went well. Within 2 days I received an invoice for $250. My friend and I have the exact same insurance. She referred me with no issues with MIDI taking her insurance. After I contacting them to resubmit my claim, they still indicated they didn't take my insurance. I submitted my secondary insurance and they told me they couldn't bill that insurance either. I went ahead and paid the $250. I requested an itemized bill to include the provider's tax id so that my insurance company would reimburse me some of the cost. It's been two weeks, I've submitted three emails and no one has contacted me. Their website indicates someone will respond with 2 business days. When you try to call by telephone you can't get a response either. I am extremely disappointed in the customer services and would not recommend them to anyone I know. If I could have given No Star I would have.

      I had one visit with MIDI. I then received a bill for $250. I was initially told it was covered by my insurance, but then was informed it was not. After I already had the visit! When I questioned the representative, he stated an email was sent regarding my plan being out of network, which is a lie. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss the matter. The customer service is abysmal. As a medical ********************** professional its shameful the way they operate. After remaining on hold, you will not be able to speak to someone. They will force you to leave a message and then never call you back. One point I did speak to someone who informed me the company is way understaffed and I probably wont get a phone call back. I am beyond frustrated with this company. ******.

      The doctor was great everything else, was horrible.I asked the ** before we started if my insurance was coving this appointment, and she said it must be or it wouldn't have been scheduled. Well guess what... I got a bill for @$250 for talking to that ** for 8 min! I was quoted $150 for similitudes and charged $251 for 4 units!!!!

      Poor communication. I had a tele health appt in May. The physician was great. They sent my prescription of Zepbound to my local pharmacy. Unfortunately after waiting for approximately 1 month, my pharmacy called me stating they couldn't order Zepbound. No biggie. I emailed Midi several times explaining what happened with my pharmacy via email and have yet to receive a response back. But, I sure did receive 120 emails reminding me to pay my bill. I'm frustrated and taking my business elsewhere. Midi is a joke.

      Their website claims they are contracted with BCBS. I have a PPO plan so I scheduled an appointment. A few days after my visit I received an invoice from Midi for $250. I contacted BCBS and they notified me that Midi Health is NOT in network. Beware!

      On August 27th, 2024 at 1pm, I had a scheduled initial visit. Their website states they take my insurance, which is Anthem. I have a PPO; however, I got paperwork stating it wasn't covered. Now, I have a 250 dollar bill. I feel misled by their claims and have canceled my follow-up. I am really unhappy with this experience and I feel Midi Health is dishonest.

      Provider was great, shame the business itself is so shady. Accepted my insurance, billed me $250 for a visit. I question it and oops, we sent you an email about your insurance. ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. Only emails i have received are the 12 i've gotten in the past 4 days reminding me i have a bill. Cancelled my follow up due to their deceptive business practices.

      My BCBS insurance was listed as an accepted provider on their website and it wasnt until after my visit in June that I received a bill as self-pay and charged $250 dollars. I have contacted Midi by email and phone, numerous times and have received no response nor is there anyway to receive a proper invoice for me to file a claim with my insurance on my own. There is no one available to speak with and you are only recommended to email and still no response. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service provided and would not recommend them.

      My insurance was listed as an accepted provider on their website and it wasnt until after my visit that I received a bill as self-pay and charged $250 dollars. When contacted via email and phone, MIDI health was unresponsive. After I left a bad review online the billing department reached out claiming that I was sent an email prior to my appointment with the information regarding my insurance not being accepted. I was never sent an email prior to my appointment. This company is not trustworthy and makes confusing insurance coverage claims with no prior authorization information or any way to contact them. Their billing department number is not available and recommends that you email. They do not respond to emails. Im very disappointed in the service provided and would not recommend them.
