* 05/10/2024 transaction date * Four charges $245.96 a total of $983.84 *Did not provide any payment receipt or email confirmation or tracking number the web page says the transaction wasn't submitted until we received the credit card statement there were 4 charges.*The nature of this dispute is we did not receive the product or any buy confirmation *No they haven't tried to solve since they do not answer the phone or emails.*They did not provide an order or tracking number *Web pageInitial Complaint

On June 26, 2023 I ordered a battery from batteriesdirect.com to replace the Uniden BT-905 in my cordless phone handset. Batteries Direct took my money and gave me order number N-*****. On July 10, 2023 I received a battery marked CPH-454 from Empire Scientific in *****, *******. I installed the new battery in my handset and charged it for more than 24 hours. It was DEAD, NO GOOD!Since then I made multiple attempts to contact Batteries Direct, all of them unsuccessful.July 13, July 14, and July 15, 2023, phone calls to ************ and ************ gave me the recording "Mailbox full. Not accepting any more messages."July 16, 2023, I left a message at ************ requesting that someone phone me before July 20. No one did.July 18, 2023, I emailed ******************************* requesting an email response. It never came.August 6, 2023, I emailed **************************** asking for help to replace the dead battery they had sent me. I received no reply.September 28, 2023, my phone call to ************ produced the message "Call cannot be completed as dialed." I left a message at ************ requesting that someone call me. No one did.October 5, 2023, my email to ******************************* could not be delivered.October 6, 2023, I left a message for **** at ************ to give me a Return Authorization Number (RMA) per the printed Batteries Direct 365-Day Refund Policy. No one called me.How can this business possibly advertise an A+ Better Business Bureau rating with such abysmal customer service? They still have my money, and I have nothing but a piece of Junk. In my opinion they rate an F Please tell me what you can do about the situation.
