I've been a client of this veterinary "clinic" for twenty years. The sole reason being, veterinarian *************************************** is wonderful. However, the clinic itself has made it impossible to remain. Over the years they've routinely made numerous mistakes in the form of duplicate charges on my credit card, dispensing incorrect medication, etc., and more appointment mishaps than space allows. Everyone makes mistakes, but this clinic does it with reckless abandon and a particular animus and disdain for clients. Even a cursory Internet search of their reviews will support this claim.Although I had a scheduled appointment for June 17, 2024 at 3:00 pm, for which I had both an email and text confirmation from the clinic, the receptionist insisted on being combative and rude--I have witnesses. She denied I had any appointment at all, rattled off dates which had nothing to do with me, and said "I didn't send you email." It should be noted you cannot call this clinic and speak to a live person. They rarely answer phones. Several messages left asking to speak with someone in charge were ignored. In response, I wrote an honest, but unflattering review of my experience on ****** and attached photos of my appointment confirmations. Someone, who didn't sign their name, sent me an email asking me not to come back. It seems their feelings were hurt I called them out for their outrageous actions, but they, per my usual experience, took no responsibility. I have filed a complaint with the ************************ of California and I expect they will investigate thoroughly. In the interim, since the clinic made it clear the many thousands of dollars I've spent there over twenty years wasn't valued, I'm asking for a refund of the last three exam/office visit fees. Since this denied visit would have been the FOURTH time my pet was seen for a skin problem they cannot seem to get a grasp on, I believe this is a fair resolution. Or, I'm happy to seek damages in court if they prefer.
