      Website description vs. what I received totally different. Quality is poor. Sizing is small will not fit a full size pick up truck. these are for an economy size small vehicle.Logo quality is terrible logo design comes off very easily.

      These are not floor mats. Theyre flimsy with no grip the material so thin that when you put him in your car they slide all over the place. i can fold them like a poster. They are NOT worth the price that I paid . Its sad when you have to work three jobs but during the holiday you want to get a really nice gift for someone and it comes back two months after youve ordered and then disappointed.

      We do not guarantee 100% that our products which we provide can fit all of the cars. There are so many models, and production years with different sizes of items. We advise customers to check product dimensions before placing orders on every Product detail page.

      About the material of Car Floor Mats, we show clearly in Product detail page:

      (2) Rubberized backing with black finished edges ensures a secure grip and skid-free placement.

      The items are completely same as presented on our website. All our products being made-to-order, we're so sorry, we can not process return, or refund for this case.

      I placed an order on 1/21 and paid express shipping. The order has not even shipped yet and there is no tracking information available. I reached out to this company via email but have not heard back.

      My son ordered two seat covers for his ******* my son is under 18. He paid $79 for two bucket seat covers. He paid in full the $79. They were supposed to be here last week he has not heard from them since. I would like to find out where our order is or I would like to complete and full refund of our money. The name of the company is your car but better.

      Ordered seat covers around May 4th 2022. Cost me almost $80 Emailed them about order said it had shipped. Can't track the order. Emailed them 2 more times no response from them. No phone number to call them.

      I purchased "**********" car seat covers on ****************** As of today, ******, I still do not have them. I paid $73.46. I emailed them asking for a refund on ********, *******, ****** and ******. Each time I receive the same 2 emails. The first basically says they will look into it. The second says that there are shipping delays, but it is on it's way. I simply want a refund on this product. It is unreasonable to wait 3 months for a product.
