      Bought an item online, didnt work as presented, follow the procedure to return the item, returned it, got confirmation of receipt of the item from tracking, 90+ days after and 31 emails back and forth the refund has not been issued, just $65, thats all

      The company I am submitting a complaint about has no way of communicating with them via landline, They jsut have email and the responses take forever. I had contact them on 5/25/23 regarding the product via their website and it took over two days to get a response. Since their delay, I was out of the window for a refund of the defective prodcut. I informed them of this and they did not care at all. I kepts emailing them and they kept giving me the run around. They have no way of communicating with them if it isnt email and they do not answe. They are the worse in customer service and they are not good about responding. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund or a replacement and they keep telling me excuses after excuses. Ofcourse it is only through email. Other people have had issues with them. But I am trying to reach a resolution and obtain a refund for my product. At this point that is what I want. They stated they will send me a replacement and still nothing nor a confirmation of it. It is horrible.

      I wanted to bring your attention to a business operating in your state that needs to be shut down. The company is Enerqi.com They sell iPhone charging stations. I purchased one back in Mar23. Once I received product, it took me a few days (6 days to be exact) to open box and try product. Once I did that, I discovered the product did NOT work. I tried to contact company and there is no phone number. Chat only. Very difficult to connect with someone. They wasted several days of my time telling me to watch videos, etc. In the end, the product did not work so I asked for a refund. They said they have a 5 day return policy!! 5 days is insane and its very difficult to find this policy on the website. Ive never heard of a 5 day return policy on an electronics product. Then I asked for a replacement. They said they would get right back to me. Then 3 months later still no reply. When I contacted them, they said they were having shipping delays it could take up to 14 days. I said it has been 90 days. And then they apologize and say its out of their control. So they wont let me return broken product because I asked for return on Day 6 and they have a 5 day return policy. Then they dont send a replacement for over 90 days and still waiting. No phone number to talk to manager. Absolutely crazy. Any thoughts on what to do here?

      I purchased their wireless charging product 5/1/23. I received it around 5/6. I was out of town on business when it arrived. When I went to install it I realized it was defective. I would not charge any device they claimed.... we went back and forth on stuff like resetting the device, moving stuff around, etc. They don't provide a phone number and their online chat is really an email support. It took days between each email but after weeks I realized it wouldn't work. I asked for a refund and they sent me a link to their policy and said it's past the 5days. But they sent me a broken worthless product. I just want my money back.
