There are constant problems with this company. *** voiced this continuously! Ive been made to feel threatened. Managers have called my home in a threatening tone to confront me for complaining about them. *** been asked by the President ******************* to take my comment down because it could hurt his company. Ive been overcharged multiple times. *** had unauthorized charges on my card by them multiple times. No one answers the phone in emergency situations or regular situations when customers need assistance. No one answers at all on the weekends unless you get on social media and ask if anyone is working. We called from another number as well to see and it literally said no one is available to take our call and we could leave a message and someone would get back to us on the next business day. This is a car service! Someone should be available anytime those cars are being used! **************** is a joke when you do talk with them. They arent trained, have no knowledge of what to do and they lie! I had a horrific experience recently and no one has reached out. Today is Wed and the issue happened Saturday. I see why the rating for this company is two stars. It should be one! This is 2 YEARS of unprofessional behavior and they keep telling people it will get better and it hasnt. Great concept but needs NEW hands! NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!Initial Complaint

This company made a mistake and fixed it but are charging me for it. Because I didnt pay what Ive already paid for the service I have had my account suspended. This has been over a month in which we depend on this service for transportation needs here. Please have someone reach me.Initial Complaint

I rented a car from blink mobility. I had difficulty returning it because there were no spaces in the electric plug in centers even though on their app it said there were. I had to return it to a designated plug in area in a space near the other cars because I was on the phone for 15 minutes still being charged. They said they would refund me . I said I would have to rent another one to finish my errands so I did. . That one broke down stating it needed a transmitter. So I was told they would end that ride because it wasnt letting me on the app. So I tried one more time. First the app said I was suspended had to call again, they took that off had to wait an hour and a half before the app would let me rent again because they said it had to be done from the app. The third one was ok. Returned it in an hour and a half because I rented it for 3 hours but there was only 22 % electricity . I was hoping to be able to charge it but , again , could not find an available plug. So I wasted my money . They said I would be teginded. I went to check on the app and it says ** suspended. Tried to call said no one was available . I want to make sure they properly refund me.Initial Complaint

As I was returning my blink car back to the charging station the car died on me. I notified blink customer service right away. And they could of requested a tow and closed my account as I requested. Instead they left the car and my account opened and the city had to tow the car and it got in pounded and they are trying to charge me 600 dollar for this. As a licensed security guard I feel that it's my responsibility to inform people of this as this isn't the first time I have had this problem with blink and had to Uber myself home and have been charged by the company. I really liked their service and it was working for short rides but if you can't find a charging station before the car dies and you notify the company immediately and they decide to wait till the next day or the city to ticket and tow their vehicles the renter shouldn't be liable. And I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get help.Business response

It was reported that member, ******************************* drove the 100% electric vehicle to 0%. As a result, the car was towed by the city due to blocking traffic. Car was picked from the impound location one day later on the 18th. All member's prior to signing up for our service, must review and opt into the terms of service. Per section 7, Penalties,: ***************************************************************
Failure to return a Blink Mobility Car to a Charging Point when the battery of the Blink Mobility Car is at 30% or less leading to the immobilization of the Blink Mobility Car $300
Notwithstanding the Penalty, You will also continue to be charged Rental Fees until the Blink Mobility Car is retrieved and returned to the Blink Mobility Charging Point, up to a maximum of $500 for that Rental Period.The $300 penalty fee was waived, the member remains responsible for the vehicle tow fee.
Per internal communication with *******, she admitted fault and canceled her membership.
