On Sept 10,2022 I was charged **** including tip for an incomplete mobile car detailing. After further inspecting my car I noticed items missing. When I first called the detailer back they did not answer. After messaging the owner on yelp they called me back but the owner did not respond and still has not responded. When speaking to the guy he gave three different excuses the first was the change want in the car, then it was and I needed to check the trash bag in the trunk with my belongings, when I told him it wasn't in there, then it was oh sometimes it get ******** up. My change was in a cup holder, and it was a couple dollars with so not something that easily vacuumed without notice. Then I let them know my car wasn't fully detailed and I wanted to speak to the owner because he said he couldn't do anything. We hung up and I tried contacting the owner. The detailer then proceeded to call me repeatedly and showed back up at my residence. At this time I no longer felt safe and asked him why he came back when he said there was nothing for him to do. I hung up the phone and he still kept calling, I felt like they were trying to intimidate me instead of solving the issue. The owner never responded and still has not. There was also damage done to my front seat that was not there before they "detailed" my car.
