      I am a medical mmj patient in **** and rely on this companys products to help me ingest my medicine in a legal way in my state. I absolutely love their products, but their customer service goes above and beyond. I asked a question about a part that I had broken to ask if it was covered under my warranty and my email was responded to within the hour. It wasnt covered, but their employee ***** offered to ship me the part for free for only the price of shipping, as they had a few extra laying around the warehouse. I was blown away with how quickly I was offered a reasonable solution and how kind and thoughtful ***** was guiding me through the process! I will be a customer of theirs for life!

      I cant imagine why people have left bad ratings. My experience with Grenco has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would go so far as to compare their customer service to USAAs legendary reputation for excellence. I love the product I purchased from Grenco - the Gpen Micro+. Its an excellent device and ********************** has proven to me that they stand behind their products: I had a minor issue and a couple of quick emails back and forth and within maybe an hour of casual back and forth I received an email confirming they were sending a replacement part free of charge. As far as Im concerned, the company did exactly what I would hope for. ************* with a smile and zero hassle. I especially want to thank ***** for his help today. *****, you were perfect. This is how customer relations should be. Theyve earned a lifelong customer and fan in me. Happy holidays ********************** Team!

      Had problems ordering over verification problems, which *** ordered from them before. I gave up and decided to go somewhere else. Im glad I did. This is the only vape company that Ive seen over **** bad reviews on the bbb. They dont have any other place that I seen that you could leave reviews so this is scary because the BBB is actually not seen unless youre looking.

      Beware! I purchased the * Pen micro + as gift to mussels in December 2022. By January with little use it was broken. Would not turn on or charge. Their customer service is awful. You have to submit video evidence, purchase info and multiple emails to get the warranty prices started. After that they send you confirmation and you never hear from them again. I followed up multiple times and finally got a replacement. The only problem was they shipped me another defective product that lasted about 2 weeks before it wouldnt charged. I contacted them again for my replacement and/or refund and here I am. They make you wait hoping you forget about it. Its literally theft going on here. DO NOT TRUST Grenco Sciences

      They dont honor their warranty and took 2 months to respond to my many emails. I spent almost $300 on one of their products. I would not recommend this company. I will never buy from them again

      Bought a gpen pro from a local shop. Only settled on it because they told me about the great warranty it has.

      Tried to register it and get a invalid serial number notice every time but I'm entering the serial number on their packaging! Tried multiple times thinking it was a website issue but after two weeks still can't even register it!

      It stopped charging completely after only two weeks and only minimal use. Tried contacting them for days no response at all so at the moment I'm stuck with a $90 paperweight. Their hours of operation at their phone center are a joke and almost ensure you can't reach them unless you take time off work for a stupid vape pen.

      Their chat option no responses ever and I'm still waiting on a email response days later!

      This experience mimics everyone of the other complaints on here! They sell a **** defective product using their oh so great warranty to get you to buy it and then make it so you can't take advantage of the warranty because they seem to know these units are all defective with bad batteries/charger ports by ensuring you can't reach them without some serious overboard time commitment for n your part and having to involve groups like the BBB to get help!

      I do not recommend any of their products! The price doesn't fit the quality unless they honored their warranty but they seem to be using a warranty to scam so you'll but it, over pay for what is basically a cheap everyday vape pen, and then just walk away /avoid you when you try to use the warranty

      Been waiting on a refund for months. They confirmed receipt of the defective unit, agreed to refund but keep giving me BS about changing their payment system and they cant process refunds from that. After 3 months of being patient and kind I finally got a supervisor on the line and let him know how frustrated I was. I demanded my refund and he said that they will send a check right out. Why this wasn't an option to begin with tells me this company operates under shady business practices. Seriously, in this day and age it is impossible for a refund to take this long and they are just hoping I give up and quit. Shady business. Stay away. I'm disappointed in you Snoop! Don't do business with crooks!

      After buying the g pen connect, it was broken and would not work right out of the box, tried contacting the company through email and calling. Also the store I bought from also tried contacting them with the same results. Just no response at all , so basically getting scammed out of $200.00 for a broken item and no way of getting help from company. Just very disappointing as I very much wanted to support this company and now I just want to protect others from being ripped off as well.

      I placed an order over 30 days ago, paid for USPS First Class shipping, and my order still has not even been processed. I've emailed customer service 3 times with no response back. Horrific service and would not recommend.
