On 9/5/23 I placed an order with New Star Fabrics. On 9/6 I was contacted by ************************* informing me that the order will not ship out until the end of the month. On 9/9 I requested cancellation of the order and to issue a refund. No reply back. On 9/12 I requested an update on my refund. Approximately one hour later ***** replied that he would do it tonight. On 9/24 I asked if they had canceled the order and issued a refund. Later that day ***** replied that they had issued the refund and that I should contact my bank. Think he was an honest person I believed him but today 11/17, I received a shipping confirmation that my order was being shipped. Checked my credit card and no refund was ever issued and my request was completely ignored. Contacted ***** again today asking what was going on. No reply yet.Customer response

The business has reached out to me and the outcome was acceptable. Complaint #********. The only documents I submitted at the time was an email thread between the business and myself. Do you need a copy of it?
