I have been a huge fan of Soylent's products for ages. I've usually only purchased them from ****** return auctions, but decided to support them directly by beginning a 36 bottle per month subscription.I placed my first order on September 1, 2024. It is now September 20, 2024 and I have received no shipping confirmation or anything other than the initial receipt for my purchase.I attempted to speak with a representative on their chat service, but after 2 hours with nobody answering I gave up.I have also sent them an email and received no reply.I have heard from online sources that they are having issues with inventory- a simple message on the purchasing page indicated delays would have let me know as much. Instead I've gotten radio silence, and I'm out over $100 on product I never received.I cancelled my subscription and will be attempting a charge back on my credit card. If this had been any other online retailer I would have assumed it was a scam at this point.I really expected better from this company.Review from Arrya R

We've been ordering from them for years and, in general, it's okay. But their website created a new subscription instead of adding to an existing one, there is no way to cancel the new one, they're now charging us $20 in shipping that we shouldn't be charged, and there's no way to get in contact with them except through email which they may or may not check. Honestly, for a $17M (a year?) company, this is absolutely ridiculous.Review from Michael K

Wish I looked here first. Look it up, a lot of people get diarrhea from their products and so did I. Also, they don't do refunds even if it makes you sick and you want to just get a refund on the ones you didn't use. In their ToS they say they will try to make it right, which means, they will do nothing. Yeah, they are a scam company.Review from Brock J

Their products have caused moderate health problems for me, completely destroying the microbiome in my gut.This is caused issues related to anxiety and constant bloating, and they refused to offer any semblance of a refund.Avoid this company and protect.Review from Matt S

Long time customer via their subscription model. My last order, I was sent the wrong item. I was sent tubs instead of pouches. Customer service refuses to make it right and insists I accept their error. They're also sending product that is very close to expiration.Review from Aric S

They don't even have a phone number. Any questions or problems you have has to be dealt with via email. Absolutely and shockingly ridiculous.Review from Dave

Website issues make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. Beware. The site has at times loaded very slowly and poorly for me, but despite that Iw as able to cancel my subscription. However, it's been the case for me that even though the site might say your subscription is cancelled, they continue sending Soylent and billing you. It was only after I notified customer support that this was happening that they confirmed my subscription cancelled. I am currently disputing the charges that appeared on my credit card 4 days ago. The product isn't even that healthy, and it uses a lot of starches that make your blood sugar spike, and does not provide enough fiber to do what its creator set out to do: replace food completely
