      I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out and provide an update regarding the status of my car repair. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a significant delay in getting my car fixed, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in expediting the process.I initially filed the claim for my car repair about 4 months ango and have been patiently waiting for the necessary steps to be taken. However, it has now been four months, and I am still without my vehicle. This prolonged delay has caused considerable inconvenience and hardship for **** have been in regular contact with the insurance company's claim department, but the progress has been slow. I have provided them with all the required documentation and information promptly, but it seems that the repair process has not been given the necessary attention.I kindly request your intervention in this matter to help expedite the process. It would be greatly appreciated if you could reach out to the claim department on my behalf, emphasizing the urgency of the situation and the impact it has had on my daily life. If there are any additional steps or information required from my end, please let me know, and I will provide it promptly. I am eager to get my car repaired and regain my mobility.Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. I truly appreciate your efforts on my behalf and look forward to a swift resolution.

      I had a car accident on September 7th (trucks tire dislodged and went under my car). The truck driver provided their policy # to the police (the policy is under knight insurance group). I reported the issue to knight insurance who delegates their vehicle claims to ************** on the same day as the accident. The vehicle is currently not drivable and has been at the shop since the day of the incident. I have also reported this issue to my insurance company who did not find me at fault for the incident and have told me that Knight Insurance has to be the ones pay for this accident. I have called ************** on multiple occasions to get updates but they have not been able to even send out an adjuster to look at the damage. As of today, September 29th 2023, I still dont have a working car, I do not have rental car because Knight Insurance has not approved me to get one (they are saying could at the very most cover 54 dollars a day if approved which is maybe half of the rental car price), currently going to physical therapy for back and neck pains caused by the accident and now I start work on Monday, October 2nd 2023 (I was unemployed the day of the accident). The company has made me feel hopeless as Im stuck at a horrible place until they take action which at this point they have neglect to do.       I believe that this complaint should be filed with Knight Insurance Group of **********.  We are not affiliated with them in any way.  Unfortunately, our similar names cause confusion.  The complainant identified **************, which is a vendor we are unfamiliar with.  We have seared on the claim number, claimant name, and find nothing in our system.  I suggest he file with the BBB of ***********.  Here is an email to the ********** broker:  ********************************************.  Their website is:  Knight Insurance Group.
