A few years ago I tried to put in a claim on my RV due to weather damage. I was told that I would have to pay deductible upfront, before they could complete claim (I thought that would come out of claim). At that time I didnt have the money, Safeco didnt file claim. Jan.23 I tried again to put another claim in due to a different weather condition. This time I was denied, even though adjuster that was sent out by Liberty Mutual said it was clear that damages was due to weather. But the representative (Ms.********) for Safeco said in a not so nice way that the adjuster is not the insurance company. Ive been paying over 16yrs. for RV Insurance with Safeco. I would love for my damages to be taken care of and because of the problems Im having with ******, I just want to know after all these years is this a legitimate company.
