      Never received the product. Paid over $200 for a Christmas gift 3 months ago and never received a response nor any communication about the jackets from this company. SCAM!!

      The client did not purchased from our store Gracious Style. We do not sell jackets. We received calls from several client that they purchase jacket **** Jackets) from store called GRACEUS which is totally a different company. Our website is www.graciousstyle.com.

      I ordered an item on September 26, 2022 as the item was in stock per the website. On September 27, I received an email notification that the item was on backorder until December 9, 2022. On October 22, 2022, I was charged for the item. On November 17, 2022, I was charged, again, for the item. On investigating the status of the order, it was noted on the website, in the order status, that the item was now on backorder until February 24, 2022. When I called to inquire why they are charging my card multiple times, they responded that they will charge the card once a month until the order ships. This practice seems unreasonable. When I asked why they charged every month, I was simply hung up on. When I tried to call again, I went straight to voicemail. I finally was able to speak with someone on the phone. I asked, once again, why my card has been charged multiple times. Their response, this is our practice. It appears that this website does not have any 'real' items for sale. I ask that they be investigated and to stop this practice of charging monthly on items that are not in stock. My worry is that they now have my CC number and...

      On September 10, 2022 I placed an order (Order #******) for a 88-piece silverware set from Gracious Style. Several weeks later (9/22), after no status updates were sent to my email, I looked the order up through its website and the order status was listed as "not shipped." Moreover, the shipping status they provided was "delayed" by several weeks. Upon seeing the delay and lack of shipment progress, I submitted a request on September 22nd to cancel the order so I could purchase the set elsewhere. The following day, September 23rd, I received an email that stated: "Your request is now completed. Please note that your credit card has not been charged for these item(s). Your request is processed in accordance with our returns policy, order problems policy, and cancellation policy and our general terms and conditions and service. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions if you have any other questions. Sincerely, Gracious Style" After reading this, I assumed based on this language that my order had been canceled. I then purchased the same set elsewhere and it arrived promptly. Today, October 10, the set arrived to my doorstep from Gracious Style. I emailed them notifying them that I had in fact submitted a request to cancel the order prior to its shipment and that I would like a return & refund, and they let me know that I do not qualify and that when I submitted the cancel request it had already shipped. This is contrary to what the order status told me the day I submitted the request. Moreover, the email they sent notifying me that my cancelation could not be accepted was extremely misleading -- with language like "Your request is now complete. Your card has not been charged." I explained the situation with their customer service rep over email but they are unwilling to allow a return and refund for this brand new, opened item that had been canceled PRIOR to its shipment. I am requesting a full refund.
