Hi - this business has completed their work and we have also provided full payment for their work. I would like BBB to help me obtain an invoice for our payment. Work was completed around 10/5 I believe and payment was completed on last day of work as initially agreed to with the company. Despite multiple follow **** the company (****) is avoiding our calls or sounds angry/upset when I request an invoice even though its been over a week.Customer response

**** completed a whole house re-pipe and indicated he would return to repair the noisy pipes. We have experienced the loud, cracking noise for over a year. We paid ******* for a whole house complete re-pipe which includes a 100% guarantee on labor & defective materials. We've contacted **** numerous times. When he makes an appt., he is a "no show" or fails to contact us to reschedule. Attached is a text message sent on 06/04/21, reminding **** of the crackling pipes and his failure to respond. We continue to reach out to **** and he continuously fails to show/respond. Please contact **** on our behalf to resolve this annoying issue. Thank you.Customer response
