Awful company. False advertising and don't provide pictures of their actual product. They post pics of authentic luxury designer hand bags, and send you the lowest tiered replica. **************** is terrible, they have a discord group and their moderators are far from helpful, professional, or compassionate.Review from GEORGIA C

I ordered two handbags that did not arrive. I received only an empty mailing bag that had obviously been opened en route to my address. It arrived open and empty as I was working at home and my dogs alerted me when the postal worker dropped it off. I contacted the company and was asked to provide photos and be patient. Yesterday I received an email saying I should file a claim with the post office. The post office said I could not file a claim as the parcel was not insured. The company is refusing to give me a refund or replace the bags. Do not do business with these people, they are totally dishonest!Review from Monica J

I'm satisfied with the 4 bags I purchased. Shipping took Longer than I expected however these bags were worth the wait. I also notified Cordae of issues with I had and they responded expeditiously. They also sent a replacement bag and allowed me to keep the defective bag. Initially I purchased two bags but only one arrived I notified Cordae that I was missing a bag I took a picture of the package before I opened it because The package was too small to contain 2 medium bags. I sent the pics to Cordae and they shipped the missing bag. I ordered 2 additional bags but 1 was defective. I took photos and sent to Cordae. They sent me a replacement and it is perfect! I recommend Cordae. Although there were issues, Cordae handled them very well.Review from Leiah V

Make sure you use PayPal as a payment processor, they have a buyer's protection. That is the only way I was able to get my money back is to file a dispute through PayPal. There were tons of horrible reviews about this company; buyers beware! Save your time from headache.Review from May T

Please stay away from this company! I'm demanding a refund of $216.
The chronological order dealing with this company is documented as follows:
04/06/XX X:XXpm - Order was placed.
04/06/XX X:XXpm - Cancellation of the order was requested via email.
04/07/XX X:XXam - Cordae responded that cancellation cannot be done. Informed customer that it needs to be canceled within 2 hours. (the two-hour window is not documented anywhere in the policy)
04/08/XX X:XXpm - Cordae sent an email to inform customer that the order has been processed and included the link for package tracking. (note: this email has no substance as the link doesn't provide anything. It doesn't even indicate the order being processed).
04/13/22 - No separate shipping email with the tracking number to confirm the item has been shipped. (No evidence of shipping within a week and you won't allow the customer to cancel the order within 3 hours).Review from Mykalyne T

If I could give -5 starts it still would be too much!!! Buyer beware. This company is a fraud. The purses are not are portrayed on the website. They advertise luxury and nothing is farther from the truth. I purchased 2 purses from them (at the same time) and I am beyond disgusted. The purses had horrible smell, definitely were not leather as advertised, came looking nothing like the quality purses on the website. Total scam. The purses had such a horrible smell of chemicals I just literally threw away. Needless to say over $400 dollars in the trash!! Response from company was basically "o well".. save yourself time, money and trouble and run from this company. I should have known when there is no way to leave reviews on their website!! They should be placed u see investigation for fraudulent website!!!Review from Shybria W

Prior to purchasing a 35cm CORDAE yellow handbag, ($178.50) I contacted CORDAE New York using their 'Ask Questions prior to purchasing' to ask what shade of yellow is the purse. I received a prompt reply of 'mustard' yellow, of which I desired. I purchased the purse and received it several weeks later, only to be deeply disappointed. The purse was a 'lemon' yellow - far from 'mustard'. After exchanging numerous email messages, and providing a picture of the purse, Jean, who represents CORDAE would not provide a Return Label, nor would she accept delivery at their New Jersey location where the purse's label stated it was shipped. I was forced to return the purse to China, shipping cost $44. 75 - to be reimbursed $178.50 (Total spent $223,25). Needless to say, I will never purchase from this company again.
