On 10/4/23 I purchased clothing from this store and on 10/11/23 went back to make an exchange because the pants were too big on me. The receipt states that their is no refund but you can exchange the item before the 14th day with your receipt. I tried making an exchange and they would not honor their policy because the pants did not have the store tags anymore. I informed them that the receipt states they could exchange with the receipt and says nothing about the tags. They said that was their policy but have no signs or their policy nor did they inform me when I made the purchase that I had to leave the tags on. The girl working there and the manager said it was common sense which made me feel horrible because now they were just being rude. I wanted to make an exchange and they said no even though I have the receipt and I am on the time frame they ask for. Receipt states exchange only, within 14 days of purchase with receipt and they would not make an exchange for a smaller size.
