      Liars, thieves. Do not use this service. I could be here for hours listing the the negatives. But basically, they gouge you w penalties anyway they can, they add on taxes inexplicably, they tell you that you need a dl94 or whatever it's called to exit the program and that it takes ten days. You do not. I spoke w MAU. It's just another ploy to keep you on longer and get one more payment out of you. The customer service is non existent. They bend you over the barrel every chance they get. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

      These guys are ridiculous! They keep me on hold for over one hour. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor they are too busy, they have to request for them to talk to me! Instead of making it easy for me they are making it very hard!

      Absolute awful experience. I have been violated and locked out multiple times resulting in multiple fees. They added insurance without my consent and after I have asked to remove it they did not until 3rd time asked. I was out of the country and upon returning my car was blinking for service when it wasn't due. When I was driving the device beeped every 2 minutes and I let the company know I felt it was faulty. They ent me to the shop which told me it was fine, I am currently stuck in the parking lot of ********* because the device is broken and they dont have a replacement. No-one answers the phone. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I feel like I am in a hostage situation.

      Life Safer is in communication with the DMV fully ... however to an extent. I was ordered by the DMV to have my breathalyzer in for a year. However, when the year came, I was still getting texts from Life Safer that I needed to re calibrate my system. So, I continued to go. My issue with this company is if they are communicating with the DMV then why when my year was up was, I not told I could uninstall. So, I continued to use their services another 11 months. Yes, I should have been more on top of this myself. It is my responsibility; however, I feel they totally take advantage of people. I am not the only one is led by them into thinking I have not completed. They are fully aware if they know I need to do this legally for the DMV how long I have to and the case itself. If not which I am sure is not the case, they should be. If a company is reporting the DMV in regard to legal cases such as DUI how are they not aware of the time one should be using their services. To me that is how they can have an excuse to take people's money.
