      Refused to refund me after the airline canceled my flight. Left me stranded at the airport with no refund or option for another flight. Very unethical company.

      I just took a flight back to ******* from ******. Since my wife is about to give birth, I had to reschedule my flight to an earlier time. Fortunately, everything went smoothly, and the customer service team was very patient and polite.Thanks toTrip.com for ensuring everything went ************ the future, we will definitely be planning family trips.       They have refused to relocate me after taking my money. And they say the issue will be refunded in 5-7 working days. Even when you don't have any money at all or that's your last bit of . money.

      Offers many fraudulent tickets in their many booking available. It is up to the user to get un/lucky if one of these tickets can be used or not. We will avoid them, and recommend others do. Scam site!

      Scam....we were robbed...please help...emails, receipts, and no results....they sold our tickets off or got hacked....costing us money we didnt have but we're promised immediate refund for their scam with immediate return, and leaving us stranded in another state with limited money and no way to get home. I have soooooo many emails to prove

      I'm relatively new to Trip.com but have used it a few times now and have had great experiences. The customer service is top notch. If anything comes up they'll take care of you. The pricing is great. I had no idea how much money I was leaving on the table by booking with other places, especially for Asia travel. The content is so rich too. Trip has been the only place I can find a lot of English-facing content about Asia travel destinations, especially for non-core cities. All in all a great experience, I will use again and look forward to growing my rewards with Trip and using more of their products next time, like Trains.

      I purchased a ticket from Trip.com on July 28. The departure ticket was canceled 15 days after I received confirmation, even though tickets were available for that period. Their explanation is unclear. They also refuse to refund my return ticket, stating it was not changed. How can I use the return ticket without the departure ticket? We planned this trip extensively, including booking hotels and cars around this flight. Now we are stranded, and they keep telling me to be patient. Who will compensate for my losses and wasted time?

      I booked with trip.com to stay a hobby airport in *******, ***** on June 27 - June 30th 2024. My fianc and I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm in the night, the check in clerk at the hotel ask me for my zip code and ID to check me in, after giving him both he said to me, your zip code is not correct in my system and Im seeing a booking from ***** he was quite rude and dismissive he told me to step out of the line and go and called trip.com to resolve this problem. I said to the clerk, I am not feeling well and I just want to rest and my booking was confirmed before arriving I dont understand what was going on. I couldnt get any resolution so then I left to go back the following day to speak to the manager at the hotel when I called the hotel they told me that I had canceled my booking which wasnt true, The clerk went ahead and took it up upon himself and canceled my booking without my knowledge. I contacted trip.com several times regarding this matter and they keep giving me the run around and hanging up the phone on me or they promise to call me back in half hour(which they never did ) and then calling me 5 am when Im asleep I also keep getting different emails and calls from different customer support people from ********************** with something negative to say because they dont want to refund my money. I received a call from trip.com just now and the representative is now saying that I was a no show at the hotel which is a blatant lie. Please do not book with trip.com, its a headache to get a refund/ credit with these people if a problem arise. I am so disappointed and I will avoid and refrain from using their services and I will be telling my family and friends to avoid trip.com at all cost. It is absurd that I pay for a hotel accommodation that I never received and now they dont want to refund me.

      As a disabled individual, protected under the Americans with Disability Act, traveling with my Healthcare worker; I am absolutely appalled that our seating was revoked for a flight to a surgical procedure that the date cannot be changed for. The seating selection previously paid for and chosen during our initial booking was revoked without cause and/or expressed purpose, nor with our awareness and/or permission! My care worker paid for the flights and seats and approximately 2 weeks later we received an email from trip.com that our seat selection was no longer valid and we were further instructed to choose seating assignments. We were unable to gain or access seat selections and/or be seated together. After 2 pointless phone calls with trip.com customer service, we are still left with an inability to fly as a disabled citizen with the appropriate access to my health care provider. Absolutely unacceptable and a direct violation of Federal policy which protects disabled individuals such as myself.

      Beware! I was booking a hotel for ************ AR, the site redirected to ************ ** though it wasnt evident. Then I was stuck with a non refundable hotel despite requesting a cancellation within 24 hours and the Hilton tru hotel being willing to cancel if contacted by the third party.and trip.com telling me they would request a cancellation and refund me 100% if the hotel agreed. Totally not what happened. They did a repeat hold on chat and phone with repeated verbiage. Would not recommend!
