******* tipped himself 20% on my take out order and said it came from his boss, when a customer behind me overheard my complaint, he stepped up and asked to speak to the manager, in which case, the cashier responded there was no manager at the moment. after i tapped my credit card to pay, the cashier flipped the screen around and selected 20% tip (which was not stated anywhere in the store or on its menu that a mandatory 20% gratuity would be added)
